Popular game developer launches latest pirate-themed slot via Relax Gaming’s powerful Silver Bullet platform

Silverback Gaming, the developer of fun and thrilling online slots, is taking players on the high seas with its latest swashbuckling release, The Golden Sail.

Players will need to get their sea legs on in this 4×5 reel, 40 payline slot that will shiver their timbers thanks to explosively volatile gameplay and the chance to claim immense riches.

The Golden Sail is packed with tons of features including Fire in the Hole which sees Wilds fired out of a cannon and onto the reels where they expand.

Players can also set their course for the Big Wheel Bonus if three Scatter symbols land on the reels. They can then choose from four sectors to unlock a prize.

If that wasn’t enough to get players shouting “Yarr”, up to 100 Free Spins with increasing Multipliers, Retriggers and Canon Shot Wilds are also awarded.

Players are also taken on a side adventure via the game’s Trail Bonus where they pick a coin and advance along the map towards the top 10,000x prize.

The Pick Me Bonus also sees players select a chest to win up to x500.

The Golden Sail will be made available to operators via Relax Gaming’s Silver Bullet platform from 25 February and is certified in markets such as the UK, Malta, Isle of Man, Denmark and Sweden.

Blask data indicates Venezuela’s iGaming demand remained stable in the initial days following the US operation in Caracas.

On 3 January, US forces detained Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro, transporting him from Caracas to face prosecution in New York. The raid came after months of intensifying American pressure throughout 2025 — naval presence, targeted strikes, and a fresh sanctions package.

For Venezuela’s iGaming sector, the disruption poses a critical question: will demand collapse, or adapt?

First results

Blask’s daily Index remained within a tight corridor from 1–4 January, hovering in the high-200K zone. It dropped 5% to 257.4K on the day of the operation, before recovering the next day.

The data reveals no abrupt demand shift during this period. A slight decline sits within Venezuela’s normal daily fluctuations and does not point to a fundamental market change.

Rapid expansion, growing dominance

Venezuela stood out as one of iGaming’s strongest demand gainers in 2025. Blask Index surged 134.9% year-on-year — the second-highest growth worldwide.

This expansion came alongside increasing market dominance. By December, Triunfo Bet commanded 59% of Blask’s BAP (Brand Accumulated Power, measuring a brand’s portion of total user interest nationally), gaining 15 percentage points since January. The top three brands collectively reached over 85%, up 11 points.
