Octavian Gaming and Vivid Gaming has successfully introduced a growing portfolio of co-developed slot titles to the Italian regulated market through its strategic partnership with Octavian Gaming. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Vivid Gaming’s expansion across Europe’s established gaming landscapes.

Since October, the first wave of jointly developed titles – Cleopatra’s Heritage and Robin Hood Saga – has been live with leading Italian operators, showing early traction and strong player engagement. This rollout reinforces both companies’ commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality gaming experiences that are visually engaging and fully compliant with regulated market standards.

The partnership with Octavian Gaming, a pioneering Italian company based in Verona, leverages their deep local expertise and established operator network to bring this modern, 3D-driven, uplifting slot offering to Italian players.

Peter & Sons said it has expanded its distribution in Italy and is now live with approximately 70% of the country’s leading operators under the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) license.

The studio attributed the milestone to operator partnerships including Sisal, SNAI, PokerStars, Eurobet, Betsson Italy, Lottomatica, and Goldbet and Diecimilauno, with distribution supported by aggregators Octavian and Light & Wonder. Peter & Sons said the network is expected to grow further.

Italy remains one of Europe’s most established regulated iGaming markets, with concentrated operator share and extensive go-live requirements. Peter & Sons said Italian players can access titles including Barbarossa Dragon Empire, Barbarossa Revenge, and Thunderhawk.

BMM Testlabs’ Marzia Turrini wins Best Executive Leadership at 2026 Italian Gaming Awards

BMM Testlabs said Marzia Turrini, Global President, iGaming & Cybersecurity, has won the ‘Best Executive Leadership’ award at the 2026 Italian Gaming Awards. The company said the award was presented last week during the Italian Gaming Expo & Conference (IGE) in Rome.

According to BMM, Turrini was selected from a shortlist of eight other industry executives. The company said the award recognizes her leadership and her role in growing BMM’s digital product compliance and cybersecurity services across regulated markets.

BMM said its digital services business gained momentum in 2025, growing nearly three times faster than the overall iGaming and sports betting market. The company also said Turrini led the expansion of BMM’s iGaming Center of Excellence in Barcelona to more than 120 professionals supporting compliance testing, cybersecurity services, and quality assurance.

Turrini said, “I am honored to receive this recognition from the Italian Gaming Awards. Italy has always been an important part of my professional journey, and I am proud to contribute to the continued growth and integrity of the regulated gaming industry both in Italy and around the world.”

BMM also noted previous recognition for Turrini, including ‘Leader of the Year’ at the 2025 SBC Awards Americas and inclusion in the iGB 2025 ‘Most Influential Women in Gaming’. BMM has an office in Bologna and said it tests and certifies regulated gaming products in Italy across land-based AWP and VLT machines and systems, retail sports betting and horse racing systems, lotteries and instant gaming, and online casino and sports betting technologies.

Lazio Announces Polymarket as New Main Sponsor

S.S. Lazio has struck an agreement with Polymarket, which has become the club’s new main sponsor at least until June 2028.

The Biancocelesti have been without a jersey sponsor since the expiry of their two-year collaboration with Binance at the end of the 2022/23 campaign, thus missing out on the opportunity to increase their revenues.

After almost three years without a main sponsor, Lazio have announced through a statement published on their official website on Saturday that Poymarket’s logo will be displayed on their jerseys starting from the team’s upcoming fixtures.

“S.S. Lazio is pleased to announce a new multi-year partnership with Polymarket, which becomes the Club’s Main Sponsor as well as its Official Fan Intelligence & Digital Insight Partner. The agreement, of international significance, places Lazio among a select group of European clubs chosen by Polymarket to develop new forms of interaction between sport, data, and technology. In this context, Lazio will be the first Serie A club to represent the brand.”

Claudio Lotito Delighted with Polymarket Agreement

Lazio president Claudio Lotito took the opportunity to promote Polymarket, a company that describes its brand as the ‘world’s largest prediction market’.

“Polymarket is a partner that interprets the future, capable of reading and analyzing trends with innovative tools. This agreement strengthens Lazio’s path of international development and confirms the Club’s desire to position itself as an increasingly modern, open, and competitive entity in the new landscape of global sport.”

The club’s note also included a statement from Polymarket CMO Matthew Modabber, who relished the opportunity to collaborate with Lazio.

“Lazio represents a historic institution with a forward-looking vision. We are proud to collaborate with a club that shares our approach to innovation and the enhancement of data, with the aim of building new experiences and new models in the world of sport.”
