This Halloween season, GR8 Tech dares the iGaming world to face its darkest fears. The company has launched an interactive campaign titled “What Scares Operators Most?”, inviting operators to explore the challenges that haunt their daily operations—and to discover how the right solution can turn those fears into fuel for growth.

The mysterious, immersive journey highlights iGaming’s most chilling pain points, and each revealed fear leads to actionable insights and practical solutions, guiding operators toward the tools and strategies that keep their businesses bulletproof, no matter what monsters lurk in the data.

“Fear is a powerful teacher,” said Yevhen Krazhan, CSO at GR8 Tech. “Every operator faces moments that test their systems and their strategy. Our Halloween campaign acknowledges those fears and shows that with the right partner, they’re entirely conquerable.”

On the GR8 Tech website, visitors can flip cards, uncover their personalized iGaming “fear,” access GR8 Tech’s expert take on how to overcome it, and view materials that discuss the problem in more detail. They can also share their results or book a meeting to discuss real-world solutions.

Operators brave enough to fight their fears are encouraged to continue the conversation in person at SiGMA Central Europe 2025, Booth 5028. Because in the world of iGaming, even the scariest nightmares can turn into winning stories.

Deal adds LuckyStreak’s Riga-streamed roulette, blackjack and baccarat to GR8 Tech’s Infinite Casino Aggregation and turnkey stack.

LuckyStreak has partnered with GR8 Tech to make its live dealer titles available to GR8 Tech’s casino operator clients worldwide. The integration delivers LuckyStreak content streamed from its studio in Riga through GR8 Tech’s Infinite Casino Aggregation and Turnkey solutions.

Under the agreement, operators can access LuckyStreak’s live dealer portfolio including Baccarat, European Roulette, Blackjack and Auto-Roulette. The supplier also highlighted recent releases Prestige Blackjack, Signature Auto-Roulette and Auto-Roulette Lounge.

GR8 Tech said the rollout targets demand for live dealer content across its operator base in MENA, LATAM, Africa, Europe and Asia, positioning the added content for competition in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets where live casino performance can be a differentiator.

Rory Kimber, Commercial Director at LuckyStreak, said “Partnering with GR8 Tech is a significant step in expanding LuckyStreak’s global footprint. Their strong presence in emerging markets and operator-first approach make them an ideal partner for us. We’re excited to deliver our live casino content to a broader audience and support GR8 Tech’s clients with engaging, high-quality gaming experiences.”

Lusine Khudaverdyan, Head of Casino Business at GR8 Tech, said: “We’re excited about our partnership with LuckyStreak. It brings over 6,000 games into our platform through a single API, including live dealer titles streamed from their Riga studio. It’s exactly the kind of content depth our operators are looking for, and we’re making it easy to access.”

GR8 Tech updates loyalty, segmentation and churn tools ahead of World Cup traffic

GR8 Tech said it is upgrading its engagement and retention stack ahead of World Cup-related traffic, with changes spanning loyalty, automated churn-prevention mechanics, bonus selection, and player segmentation.

“The World Cup can drive acquisition at scale, but retention is what determines the commercial outcome,” said Kateryna Shevchenko, CRM Product Manager at GR8 Tech. “Tools that allow operators to react at the right moment, reward players clearly, and reduce the operational effort behind engagement maximize the event’s ROI—and that’s what we’re focusing on.”

On loyalty, GR8 Tech said its updated program is designed to make progression and rewards clearer, with points earned from casino and sports turnover and tiers unlocking improved reward conditions. The company said rewards include daily, weekly, and monthly cashback, with support for multicurrency and crypto environments, and that integrated risk and fraud tools can help operators respond to behavior changes and reduce bonus abuse.

For sportsbooks, GR8 Tech is introducing automated bonuses triggered by consecutive unsuccessful bets. Operators can set a losing-streak threshold; once reached, the platform triggers a reward within seconds of settlement, such as a sports bonus or free bet, the company said.

GR8 Tech is also updating bonus selection during registration and deposit flows. Inside the Payment Widget, players can choose, change, re-choose, or cancel bonuses, while segmentation is being expanded to target engagement mechanics by attributes including VIP status, loyalty level, and risk segment, the company said.

GR8 Tech updates casino bonuses, tournaments and integrations ahead of World Cup traffic

Supplier says new bonus targeting, parallel tournaments and faster content delivery aim to convert sportsbook spikes into casino revenue.

GR8 Tech says it has updated its casino product ahead of anticipated World Cup-driven traffic, focusing on bonus tools, tournament mechanics, content delivery and provider feature integrations.

“A World Cup can bring a lot of new traffic, but that traffic only matters if you give players a reason to stay,” said Lusine Khudaverdyan, Head of Casino at GR8 Tech. “For casino, that means more flexible bonuses, engaging tournaments, strong content coverage, and provider features that help operators convert interest into repeat play.”

On bonuses, the company said it has introduced product-level wagering that lets operators target promotions across slots, live casino and instant games, or combine categories. On tournaments, GR8 Tech said operators can now use the same game across multiple parallel tournaments and allow players to join more than one at the same time.

GR8 Tech said it works with more than 200 casino providers and is investing in infrastructure to speed up content delivery. The company said new provider-specific content delivery solutions can be implemented in about 1 to 2 weeks, and that it is adding roughly a dozen integrations per quarter. It also pointed to a roadmap aligned with demand trends including instant and mini-game formats, which it said are relevant for crypto-oriented brands and younger audiences.

Beyond game access, GR8 Tech said its roadmap is prioritizing integration of provider features it believes can impact engagement, retention and GGR, with the aim of reducing gaps between provider capabilities and what operators can activate on the platform.
