GAMOMAT scoops the Great Place to Work Award at the International Gaming Awards
GAMOMAT, one of the leading independent software developers for online slot games, is proud to announce it has won the prestigious Great Place to Work Award (supplier) at the International Gaming Awards. The exclusive award ceremony was once again held at the iconic Savoy Hotel, bringing together the leaders in the gaming world.
The Great Place to Work Award recognises organisations that excel in building a diverse and inclusive employee environment. This foundation centres on trust in leadership, fairness and employee wellbeing & engagement.
As Dr Alexandra Krone, Managing Director of GAMOMAT Development GmbH, says, “We take huge pride in the strategy we have put in place to bring about real cultural change within our workplace. This accolade is testament to our GAMOMATies’ hard work in creating an environment where creativity thrives and everyone feels valued. Our employees are the cornerstone of our success, and this award underscores our dedication to their well-being and professional development.”
GAMOMAT places immense importance on diversity, ensuring that belonging means feeling personally addressed rather than merely “included.” The company’s robust, value-based culture is centred around five core values, accompanied by a corresponding code of conduct, each developed through multiple stages. Employee well-being is another cornerstone of GAMOMAT, with the company providing its workforce access to a comprehensive range of healthcare services. There is a particular emphasis on mental health to support overall work-life balance.
The International Gaming Awards have a stellar reputation for acknowledging the finest in the gaming industry, and receiving this award is a significant milestone for GAMOMAT.
