Amelco to expand European footprint with new Hungary tech centre

World-class platform provider establishes new hub to expand capabilities
Amelco, the leading sports betting and platform supplier, has announced its recent creation of their new office-space in Hungary, in a move that will extend its ability to service its clients across global markets.
The move marks a positive step towards Amelco broadening its presence within Europe, with its tech hub set to attract local developer talent as well as being its latest base for Central European operations.
Now marking its second CEE development office alongside an establishment in Warsaw, Poland, Amelco’s location in Pécs will enable the platform provider to strengthen its front-end delivery teams by providing a centre of excellence to train its tech teams across global locations.
The provider expects its latest expansion to be the first of many developments in the country, with Amelco’s Hungarian teams having already proven integral to the creation and delivery of multiple successful projects across global markets.
Commenting on its Hungary expansion, Amber Walton, Business Development at Amelco, said: “As Amelco continues to grow from strength to strength across multiple regions, territories and the US, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to broaden our teams and skill sets.
“By opening our latest location, we’re set to create an additional hub to add to our global portfolio of tech centres. The Hungarian team consistently plays a crucial part within the delivery side of Amelco’s most successful customer-facing projects and we’re very impressed with the pivotal role they have played so far.
“Over the next 12 months we plan to hire across a myriad of roles and experience levels in order to drive and sustain a well-balanced centre of excellence.”
