XL MEDIA AND SPOTLIGHT SPORTS GROUP AGREE TO LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP FOR SUPERFEED RACING CONTENT

Spotlight Sports Group (SSG), a world-leading technology, content and media company, has today announced a new content partnership with XL Media. This partnership will see Spotlight Sports Group integrate horseracing content from its award-winning Superfeed content engine into some of XL Media’s most popular domains.

The new multi-year deal will deliver racing content to XL Media via a custom-built widget and then a full API integration across all domains. Initially, XL Media sites will feature content surrounding UK and Irish races, with the ability to easily include racing content for a wide range of international territories via their Superfeed integration.

Superfeed racing content is built on industry-leading racing data, analysing more than 60,000 races annually. Internationally, Superfeed provides content in more than 80 languages which allows for in-depth coverage of races around the globe.

Speaking of the agreement, Darren Hale, Director of Commercial Partnerships at XL Media said: “We know the quality, depth and breadth of Spotlight Sports Group’s content and data is the best in the industry and based on decades of historical knowledge and experience. We believe this horseracing expertise will add immense value to our audience as we launch over the busy Cheltenham Festival. The innovative Superfeed content engine will allow us to best serve our customers at scale due to the flexibility that the single API integration offers.”

The innovative product is now accessible to Sportradar customers.

Utilizing the official data streams from the UFC and PFL, the updated model will offer extensive in-play markets for significant MMA events, with more promotions planned for integration in the following weeks.
