Compodis announce strategic relationship with TransAct Technologies

Compodis, a Dutch-based components distributor, is excited to announce that they have entered a strategic non-exclusive partnership relationship with Compodis, a Dutch-based components distributorTransAct Technologies. The partnership relationship will see the companies dedicate joint marketing and salessales and marketing efforts to better support customers across Europe.
During a difficult time for the electronics component industry, TransAct has managed to rapidly ramp the production up to pre-pandemic levels to meet the unprecedented demand we are seeing today as the gaming industry springs back to life. The partnership with Compodis will help support their efforts by considerably boosting their sales network in Europe.
The TransAct products will complement Compodis’ components portfolio and create an opportunity for them to offer even more comprehensive, high-quality bundles to their clients. As they are also extremely flexible, they will be able stock and supply small-volume, short lead time orders for clients across Europe. They will offer the full range of TransAct gaming printers: Epic Edge, Epic 950, Epic Edge TT and the Epic 888 Roll printer.
Compodis are a one-stop solution provider in the segment of components with a wide network of customers with whom they have formed strong and strategic relationships. They were founded in 2020 by industry veterans Harry Tholenaars and Goran Sovilj. The company has seen amazing growth during a very short but difficult time for the gaming industry. This is a testament not only to Goran’s and Harry’s determination and dedication, but also to their vast knowledge and industry networking potential.
“You often build partnerships on reputation and what you hope a sales partner can offer. Having seen Compodis operate and having worked with both Goran Sovilj and Harry Tholenaars for several years, we already have a huge amount of respect for what they have achieved, what they are currently building, and the growth they are delivering. So, the opportunity to work with them both again at Compodis was an easy decision and an exciting prospect,” says Rob Denham, VP EMEA sales for TransAct. “We are thrilled by the prospect of working with this new dynamic company and help both companies grow together.”
“We are extremely excited to enter this cooperation with a partner that shares our vision of providing high quality products and best-in-class customer service,” says Goran Sovilj, Sales Director at Compodis. “TransAct’s best known award-winning TITO printers and its new Epic 888 Roll printer help us further expand our offering to OEM manufacturers in the gaming and sports-betting segments, as well as casino operators.”

Play’n GO introduces innovative new mechanic in Rosy Orbit Treasure Turn™

Play’n GO heads skyward with Rosy Orbit Treasure Turn™, a radiant slot where gravity is optional and innovation is key.
A mysterious princess, a faithful fox, and a cherished rose – Play’n GO blends character-driven charm and fresh mechanics in Rosy Orbit Treasure Turn™. Set on a tiny, enchanted planet spinning through the cosmos, this 5×5 cascading slot introduces a whimsical new character through narrative-led gameplay. While the storyline gently evokes fables of solitude and curiosity, it’s the inventive Treasure Turn™ mechanic that keeps the reels in motion.
The signature Treasure Turn™ feature rotates the entire reel 90 degrees counter-clockwise after a win, sliding symbols into new positions before cascading continues. This unusual twist opens unexpected opportunities with each move, especially when large 2×2 symbols drop in. These oversized icons don’t just take up space – they crush smaller symbols beneath them to build multipliers, combining narrative weight with mechanical purpose. Occasional meteor and starfalls bring Wilds and destruction to the reels, offering controlled chaos that suits the game’s dreamlike setting.
Fans of Play’n GO’s more character-led stories – like the Moon Princess or Tales of Asgard series – will find a similar tone here. Yet Rosy Orbit Treasure Turn™ is its own creation, with its gentle pace and cosmic visuals complementing the more strategic gameplay of its cascading feature.
Magnus Wallentin, Games Ambassador at Play’n GO, said: “We’re always exploring new ways to enhance gameplay, and the Treasure Turn™ mechanic lets players engage with the slot world in a more dynamic, spatial way. It’s an entirely fresh spin – quite literally!”
Play’n GO has delivered a poetic yet potent game where movement, story, and design orbit one another seamlessly.
