The German video technology manufacturer Dallmeier is going to participate in the World Game Protection Conference (WGPC) in Las Vegas from March 03 to 05. At booth T1, the company will present its intelligent video solutions for casinos. Highlights include the new Panomera V8 multifocal sensor camera, AI-based video analytics, CAT Casino Automation Technology, and the Hemisphere SeMSy video management system.

Panomera V8 for outdoor and Back-of-House areas in casinos

Today’s casinos need to monitor not only the gaming floor environment, but also expansive outdoor areas, access roads, and parking facilities – seamlessly and efficiently. With the new Panomera V8, Dallmeier introduces a revolutionary camera that combines state-of-the-art multifocal sensor technology and artificial intelligence in a single system – delivering a seamless 180° view with no blind spots and highly precise analytics even across large areas. Panomera V8 provides continuous situational awareness while also enabling flexible close-up views without losing context. This makes it possible to cover parking lots, delivery zones, or BOH entrances with significantly fewer installation points.

CAT for greater profitability at the gaming table

With Casino Automation Technology (CAT), Dallmeier presents a powerful solution to significantly increase operational efficiency and profitability across the entire gaming area. CAT monitors and automates table games (e.g., blackjack, baccarat) and supports table game managers in reducing numerous manual tasks – with the goal of noticeably improving dealer efficiency and the overall profitability of table game operations.

Intuitive management with Hemisphere SeMSy

For professional and intuitive system management, the Hemisphere SeMSy (SeMSy 5) management software is available. The modular Hemisphere software platform enables individually tailored solutions for a wide range of casino management tasks: from real-time intervention and clear alarm and event management to analytics and business statistics for the entire casino.

Another key focus is the integration of external data sources into Hemisphere SeMSy – in the gaming environment, for example, from RFID, slot machines, or dealing shoes. Via appropriate interfaces, events from external systems can be received and processed in the database to closely link video and events within the workflows of surveillance and compliance teams.

Faster analysis through artificial intelligence: People Counting and Attribute Finder

Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important in video technology and now extends far beyond traditional security applications: it helps casinos optimize processes and increase efficiency. At Dallmeier, AI applications run directly on the camera (edge), enabling real-time analytics without relying on external servers.

One example is People Counting, which provides reliable analysis of visitor flows at entrances or in large-area scenes by defining multiple counting zones, setting thresholds, and automatically triggering notifications when limits are exceeded or not reached.

For faster research in recordings, the “AI Person Attributes App” is available. It supports the rapid search for individuals when only limited information is available. Instead of reviewing long sequences in full, users can filter specifically by attributes such as the dominant color tone of clothing (upper and lower body); depending on the scene, additional indicators such as headwear, a backpack, or a bag can also help. The results are displayed with preview images and, with a single click, lead directly to the relevant sequences – significantly accelerating the evaluation process.

SBC Summit 2026 will host one of the most high-profile keynote sessions ever staged in Europe by bringing together three of the most influential figures in global sports business: Basketball icon, investor, and philanthropist Michael Jordan, Sportradar founder and CEO Carsten Koerl, and DraftKings co-founder, CEO, and chairman of the board Jason Robins, hosted by former Sky Sports News presenter, broadcaster, and journalist, Kirsty Gallacher.

The headline keynote, titled “Leadership in Sports Business,” will take place on Tuesday 29 September on the first day of SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon and will explore the evolution of sports, technology, media, data, and fan engagement through the perspective of three leaders who have helped shape the modern sports ecosystem.

As part of the discussion, the connection between sports betting and iGaming will be examined, highlighting how the two sectors are increasingly operating in parallel and in collaboration. Broader leadership themes will also be explored including building global businesses at scale, decision‑making under pressure, and how leaders navigate change across fast‑moving sports and technology markets.

SBC CEO and Founder Rasmus Sojmark described the session as a defining moment for the event.

“This is the kind of conversation that transcends our industry. To have Michael Jordan, Carsten Koerl, and Jason Robins on stage together is something truly special. These are individuals who have each changed the way people engage with sports and business in completely different ways — through performance, technology, innovation, and vision. Bringing them together at SBC Summit reflects both the scale of where this industry is today and where it is heading,” said Sojmark.

SBC Summit 2026 will take place in Lisbon and is expected to welcome over 40,000 industry professionals from across sports, betting, gaming, payments, marketing, affiliation, technology, and media.

Additional details regarding the keynote session, including timing and attendee access, will be announced in the coming months.
