Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino to Launch Konami Gaming’s SYNKROS Casino Management System
Popular Southern California gaming destinations Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino are launching Konami Gaming’s SYNKROS casino management system across a combined 33 table games and over 1400 gaming machines. SYNKROS has been selected by the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians to power systems technology across its gaming portfolio, further advancing the guest loyalty experience. Members of its 29 Rewards Loyalty Club will enjoy seamless points, offers, promotions, and more when visiting Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino—as well as the tribe’s latest venture, Shelee’s Travel Center.
“The move to SYNKROS is the first step towards creating a more customer friendly experience and personalized service for each of our 29 Rewards Loyalty Club members. Investing more than three decades of his career in the gaming supplier sector, Steve Sutherland is a central figure and longtime advocate in responsible gaming industry advancement.
