Allwyn North America Partners with DC Lottery
Allwyn North America has partnered with the DC Lottery to launch its portfolio of e-Instant games in Washington.
“DC Lottery’s mission is to responsibly maximize lottery funding for our communities – and our players expect high-quality gaming experiences. We’re excited to partner with Allwyn to bring a highly engaging style of e-Instants to our players with dynamic features and immersive gameplay,” said Eugene Vlasenko, DC Lottery’s Interim Executive Director.
With over 20 years of experience, Allwyn’s gaming studios provide access to a library of over 300 unique games, many of which have been top-performing games in Europe.
Allwyn’s content strategy is rooted in understanding the local market and players, to provide a diverse array of games that meet different player needs.
The first game to be introduced in DC, Super Cash Bolt, has been customized for the DC Lottery. It is part of the successful Cash Bolt series, which have consistently been top performing games for the UK National Lottery, the Irish National Lottery, and Loterie Romande in Switzerland.
“Allwyn is known for offering innovative gaming experiences for players. It’s all about creating a digital world for our players with animation and interactive play – whether that’s a simple match-three outcome or more involved, longer-form play,” said Wayne Pickup, CEO of Allwyn North America.

Allwyn North America Launches e-Instants in the US
Allwyn North America announced the launch of its portfolio of top-performing games in partnership with the Michigan Lottery.
With a library of over 300 unique games, Allwyn e-Instants have proven popular in Europe, including the first game available for Michigan players – Super Cash Bolt. The successful Cash Bolt series has consistently been a top performing game for the UK National Lottery, the Irish National Lottery, and Loterie Romande in Switzerland.
“We are excited to partner with Allwyn to introduce Super Cash Bolt to Michigan lottery players. This innovative e-Instant game ushers in a new era of digital gaming with its dynamic features and immersive gameplay. We’re always looking for ways to enhance player engagement, provide convenience, and deliver exceptional entertainment, and this game reflects our commitment to offering experiences that resonate with our players,” said Suzanna Shkreli, MSL Commissioner.
The game Super Cash Bolt has been customized for the Michigan State Lottery as part of Allwyn’s content strategy, which is rooted in understanding the local market and players, and providing a diverse array of games that meet different player needs.
“We deliver tailored, immersive gaming experiences for players. We can’t wait to unleash the full capability of the Allwyn catalog in the US,” said Wayne Pickup, CEO of Allwyn North America.
Allwyn North America has been working in partnership with IWG to deliver its games via IWG’s InstantRGS, creating a simple and fast solution to bring games into market, and eliminating the need for additional technical development by the iLottery platform.

Camelot Illinois Rebrands as Allwyn North America
Allwyn, a leading multi-national lottery operator, announced that Camelot Illinois has been rebranded as Allwyn North America. The rebranding of Camelot Illinois forms part of the continued integration of the Camelot Lotteries Solutions group of companies – which includes Camelot Illinois – into the Allwyn family, following the acquisition earlier this year. As part of this, Camelot Lotteries Solutions has been rebranded as Allwyn Lotteries Solutions.
Allwyn has a strong industry presence in Europe, and a growing presence in North America, with ambitions to further invest in the North American market. This rebrand will support Allwyn achieving greater brand recognition in North America for its focus on value to customers and communities.
No changes have been made to the Allwyn North American management team, its business focus, products or services since the acquisition by Allwyn.
Robert Chvátal, CEO of Allwyn Group, said: “North America is an important market for Allwyn, where we see strong potential for future growth. Our entry into the North America builds upon Allwyn’s strong track record of successfully operating lotteries across Europe, delivering value to our customers, focusing on player protection and growing lottery returns to communities. Camelot Illinois and Allwyn share the same passion for generating more for good causes, and today marks an exciting step in our continued journey to achieve this under the Allwyn brand.”
Wayne Pickup, Allwyn North America Chief Executive, said: “We remain committed to serving our customers, engaging players and growing lottery revenue to benefit the communities they serve. Leveraging the global resources, expertise and talent across the Allwyn group will serve to strengthen the results we help the State of Illinois and all our customers achieve.”
