Interblock Acquires Zuum, Expanding Market Reach and Product Innovation
Interblock, the global leader in luxury table gaming products, has taken a significant step in strengthening its market leadership with the acquisition of majority share in Zuum Limited (acquisition), a premier manufacturer of Class II and Class III electronic table games (ETGs), slots, and bingo products. This strategic acquisition will enable Interblock to deliver a broader range of innovative and cost-effective gaming solutions to its customers while driving significant growth in key markets.
For over three decades, Interblock has led the gaming industry, pioneering ETGs that bridge the gap between traditional table games and slot machines. Now, with the acquisition of Zuum, Interblock is expanding its portfolio to offer affordable, high-quality ETG solutions that cater to price-sensitive markets, allowing operators to maximize returns without sacrificing quality. Interblock is owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (Oaktree).
“This acquisition will provide Interblock the ability to penetrate an entirely new segment of the casino industry. With Zuum’s innovative, cost-effective product lineup, we’re now able to offer a more diverse range of gaming solutions to meet the needs of casinos in both high yielding and evolving markets,” said John Connelly, CEO of Interblock.
“Bringing Zuum into Interblock family opens up exciting opportunities for Zuum to get more creative, reach new customers and combine our strengths to build even better, high-quality products. This acquisition will help us grow, explore fresh ideas, create awesome experiences across different platforms, and setting us up for long-term success and growth,” said Mitja Kolman, founder and selling shareholder of Zuum.

Spintec and Blueprint Operations Debut UK’s First Mechanical B3 Roulette at EAG 2026
Spintec and Blueprint Operations have announced a strategic partnership to launch the first-ever fully certified automated mechanical roulette designed specifically for the UK’s B3 gaming market. The groundbreaking product is making its public debut at the EAG Expo 2026 (January 13–15) at ExCeL London.
While virtual roulette has been a staple in Adult Gaming Centres (AGCs) and bingo halls for years, this collaboration introduces a physical wheel into the B3 category for the first time, bridging the gap between high-street gaming and authentic casino energy.
Authentic Casino Energy for the B3 Market
The new product is engineered to replicate the fast-paced “pacing and flow” that players expect from virtual machines, but with the tactile appeal of a real mechanical wheel.
Key Product Features:
-
Mechanical Precision: Powered by a real automated wheel rather than an RNG-based digital animation.
-
Optimized Pacing: Designed for “quick cycles” and high-frequency play, maintaining the intuitive pre-game spinner found in popular B3/B4 virtual titles.
-
Proven Reliability: Already successfully deployed in 12 pilot installations across the UK, demonstrating immediate player traction.
-
Hotspot Roulette: An optional “thrill-mode” featuring random bet multipliers (up to 900x) that provides high-intensity engagement at a lower RTP, offering an attractive yield for operators.
“Partnering with Spintec has let us create something genuinely exciting — a product that brings real casino energy into AGCs,” said Nadia Timofeev, Director of Operations at Blueprint Operations. “The roadmap ahead is packed with even more developments, and I can’t wait for what’s coming next.”
Strategic Expansion in the UK
The partnership leverages Blueprint’s deep distribution network in the UK and Spintec’s global expertise in Electronic Table Games (ETGs). Beyond the B3 market, Spintec is aggressively expanding its presence in full-scale UK casinos.
Current UK Footprint:
-
B3 Segment: 12 initial mechanical roulette installations now live.
-
Casino Sector: Large-scale ETG installations recently launched in Aberdeen and Milton Keynes.
-
Distribution: Exclusive long-term agreement with Blueprint Operations for the AGC and bingo sectors.
Erik Pegan, Product Manager at Spintec, noted: “In the UK B3 sector, players had long experienced virtual roulette, but no one had ever delivered a mechanical alternative that met the same expectations for pace, engagement, and reliability. We took advantage of that gap.”

B2B Gaming Event
Win Systems to Debut New ‘Gold Club Colors’ and WIGOS Upgrades at ICE Barcelona
Editor’s Take
Why this matters: As ICE makes its historic move to Barcelona, established tech providers like Win Systems are under pressure to bring their “A-game” to the larger venue. The focus here isn’t just on cabinets; it’s the ecosystem. By highlighting WIGOS (their CMS) alongside WIN PAY, Win Systems is positioning itself as an infrastructure partner, not just a hardware supplier. The debut of the Gold Club Colors roulette specifically targets the growing demand for visually customizable electronic table games (ETGs).
The Full Story
Win Systems, the global provider of technology for the gaming and entertainment industry, has confirmed its product roadmap for ICE Barcelona 2026, the sector’s most significant international event taking place from January 19 to 21.
Exhibiting at Stand 3M30 at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via, the company will leverage the new venue to showcase a broad portfolio designed to cover the entire casino floor—from management systems to the gaming floor itself.
Systems and Fintech At the core of the showcase is WIGOS, the company’s flagship Casino Management System (CMS). WIGOS is widely recognized for connecting thousands of machines across multiple countries, and the Barcelona display will focus on advanced tools that streamline daily operations and optimize player retention.
Complementing the CMS, Win Systems will present WIN PAY, its secure transaction platform. As cashless and seamless payment solutions become standard requirements for operators, WIN PAY offers the necessary efficiency and security controls for modern gaming environments.
Hardware: Roulette and Slots On the hardware side, Win Systems is refreshing its electronic table game offering with the new Gold Club Colors electronic roulette. The Gold Club line has long been a staple in the company’s portfolio, known for its compact footprint and reliability; the “Colors” iteration promises to maximize visual impact on the floor.
Alongside the roulette, the company will display its latest slot hardware, including the Sublime and Rhapsody cabinets. These units are designed to house the company’s extensive game library, which has been adapted to suit diverse market profiles from Europe to Latin America.
Strategic Goals Win Systems aims to use the three-day event to reinforce its 30-year legacy in the industry. The company described its participation as a commitment to “continuous innovation,” inviting operators and regulators to explore how their integrated solutions can improve in-room performance.
