Kickstarting Evoplay’s success in the Latin American market has been its Football Pack, with recent releases Penalty Shoot-out and Football Bet achieving considerable success. We caught up with Chief Commercial Officer Vladimir Malakchi to talk about the playbook behind this strategy, why the games resonated with LatAm audiences, their current and future plans for the region and the future of iGaming innovation.

 

Evoplay’s had some exciting news recently when it comes to your latest Football Pack instant games – can you tell us about the launches and the demand you’re seeing from LatAm players?

We’ve been thrilled with the recent response to our Football Pack. Evoplay strives in offering exciting and engaging games that resonate with players, and it’s evident that our latest launch has struck a chord with the Latin American market.

In total, the Football Pack includes three unique games: Penalty Shoot-out, Penalty Series and Football Bet. Each of these instant games offers a different aspect of the beloved game, whether that be playing for their chosen country or experiencing the thrill of a penalty shootout. We’ve designed these games to be accessible and engaging even for players new to iGaming, while also having enough suspense and anticipation to keep gaming veterans excited!

Of course, there’s a natural passion for football in Latin America, and we’ve successfully managed to tap into this sentiment with our now very-well known football series of launches. Both players and partners have been incredibly receptive to how we’ve combined the quick pace of instant games with the excitement of the beautiful game. The early numbers have surpassed our initial expectations, reaching bet sum of over 120% and GGR of over 110% in the first 3 weeks of the pack’s release.

 

Given Evoplay is fast-becoming one of the most exciting European studios on the LatAm market – what do you believe has driven this success?

Our success in the Latin American market is down  to our strategic decisions and dedicated team effort. Key factors include our understanding of local culture and player preferences as well as adapting game themes, mechanics, and visuals to the region’s taste. As mentioned previously, the launch of our Football Pack was a significant move, tapping into the LatAm’s cultural passion for football in a way no other studio has done so comprehensively.

We’ve also focused on mobile optimisation, recognising the region’s high smartphone penetration rate, with this trend looking to continue climbing in the coming years. Adoption rates have been simply phenomenal in LatAm, and you’re now looking at a level of use that still has plenty of exponential growth to be had.

Last but not least we’ve fostered strong partnerships with local entities, increasing our market presence and promoting our products effectively while providing personalised customer service. This success stems from our local expertise, the development of relevant high-quality products, and the building of meaningful relationships with our platform partners and operators.

 

Your recent partnership announcement with Sportingtech saw plenty of attention – can you tell us about your plans for the market together?

We’re incredibly excited about our partnership with Sportingtech. Being a well-respected platform provider with a huge network, particularly in Latin America, allows us to tap into new markets and bring our games to an even wider audience.

Our initial plan is to integrate our sports-themed portfolio of instant games onto Sportingtech’s platform, such as Penalty Shoot-out, as well as our Brazilian Carnival-themed slot Hot Rio Nights, which have both proved a hit with local players. By combining our powers, I believe we can make a significant impact in the market. It’s a partnership that I´m confident will benefit both companies, but more importantly, one that will deliver exciting gaming experiences to players.

 

Looking ahead, and with new markets coming online – where does Evoplay see the most potential in LatAm right now for slot studios?

Looking at the evolving landscape in Latin America, we see immense potential across the region. New markets are rapidly emerging as regulation evolves and technology continues to advance, which is creating new opportunities for companies like ours.

Brazil stands out as a key growth area. As the largest country in LatAm, it has a vast player base, and the recent move towards regulation opens exciting opportunities. With over 210 million people and a strong passion for games, Brazil holds immense potential for slot studios. Secondly, Mexico has great opportunity too – with the second strongest economy in Latin America, a population of over 120 million and a mobile penetration rate of around 60%, the market presents a window of opportunity for the industry.

Other markets showing favourable conditions include Argentina, thanks to its mature gaming market and recent steps towards online gambling regulation. It has an established gambling culture and a solid digital infrastructure, making it an appealing target market for growth.

Our approach will remain focused on understanding the specific needs and preferences of these markets and using this information to deliver high-quality and innovative games that resonate with local players.

 

Last but not least – given your pioneering work in the next-gen slots space, what’s your vision for the future when it comes to gaming trends?

There is an exciting future for slots on the horizon, shaped by a number of key trends. In particular, the shift towards mobile gaming will intensify, leveraged by increased smartphone usage and 5G networks. Evoplay plans on being at the forefront of this, providing engaging experiences anywhere and across all devices.

I also foresee a rise in the use of VR and AR for immersive gaming, and an increased focus on personalisation, tailoring aesthetics and storylines by using data and machine learning.

This will see an emphasis on gamification tools that offer a bigger variety of ways for players to win and interact with games. Elements like levels, quests and achievements will become more prominent, to appeal to a wider audience and make online slots a competitive entertainment form, not just gambling.

Of course – Evoplay’s commitment is to pioneer this future, creating innovative games that captivate and redefine online slots. I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come as a team and we’re very excited to keep making our mark over the next few years!

Evoplay has won at the EGR B2B Awards 2026 in the category Marketing campaign of the year. This recognition celebrates a campaign built around Uncrossable Rush, Evoplay’s first instant title co-developed with SlotCatalog.

The game combined Evoplay’s development expertise with SlotCatalog’s player insights and discovery tools, turning CrossyRun-inspired mechanics into a dynamic iGaming experience with difficulty levels, multipliers, Cash Out and customisable Autoplay.

Evoplay launches Liberty Fireworks slot with three booster-driven bonus mechanics

New five-reel title themed around US Independence Day adds Extra Wealth, Extra Reels and Extra Spin features plus a 3,000x GRAND trigger.

Evoplay has launched Liberty Fireworks, a new five-reel slot built around a booster-led Bonus game and a US Independence Day theme.

The base game includes a Wild symbol that substitutes for all regular symbols except Bonus symbols. It appears on reels 2–5.

The main feature is a Bonus game driven by three boosters tied to different Bonus symbol colours: Extra Wealth (Blue), Extra Reels (Red) and Extra Spin (Green). Evoplay said Extra Wealth increases the values of randomly selected Bonus symbols from 0.5x to 10x of the total bet. Extra Reels adds a second independent bonus field that spins alongside the original and combines winnings at the end of the feature. Extra Spin increases the Bonus game to four spins.

During the Bonus game, only Gold Bonus symbols remain in play. These carry either a random value from 1x to 15x the total bet or one of the fixed jackpot tiers – MINI, MINOR and MAJOR. The GRAND jackpot is unlocked by collecting all 15 Gold Bonus symbols and pays 3,000x the total bet, with Evoplay stating multiple GRAND awards are possible when Extra Reels are active.

Liberty Fireworks also includes a Bonus Buy option, allowing entry to the Bonus game with one, two or all three boosters activated. Ivan Kravchuk, CEO at Evoplay, said: “Liberty Fireworks has been built around the feeling of community and celebration, with every spin adding suspense and excitement.

“We wanted to capture that energy ahead of US Independence Day, while giving players worldwide a feature set that feels varied, reactive and full of momentum. The combination of this design coupled with the boosters and jackpots creates a game that continually shifts in intensity, right up to the final spin.”

Wazdan has released its latest title, Ox Coin, further strengthening its top-performing Coins slot series with a bold, feature-rich addition. Drawing inspiration from Asian culture, Ox Coin combines a visually striking design with engaging mechanics to deliver an immersive gameplay experience.

WinadayCasino.eu is marking its 18th birthday with a month-long promotion schedule through June, led by the launch of a new slot title, Alona’s Wild Realm, and a set of daily bonus offers. The new game, Alona’s Wild Realm, is described by the operator as a 5×4, 28-payline video slot with a $0.28–$44.80 bet range.

PopOK Gaming has partnered with footballer Ronaldinho Gaúcho to launch a new online slot, Ronaldinho da Sorte. The supplier said the title is now available for integration and is aimed at the .com market. PopOK Gaming said the game runs on a 3×3 grid with five paylines and is built around low volatility. Spinomenal has released Story of Alice 2, its latest slot title set in a Wonderland-themed garden. The game runs on a 5×4 layout and features characters including the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, the Caterpillar, the Queen of Hearts and Alice. In the base game, Wilds substitute for all symbols except the Free Spins symbol, and five on a line pay x300 the bet.

Spinmatic has launched Elemental Fusion Deluxe, a new slot built around instant access to its Plinko mechanic from the base game, the supplier said. Elemental Fusion Deluxe runs on a 5×3 layout with 25 fixed paylines. Spinmatic lists the game as medium-high volatility with a 96.04% RTP and 39.49% hit frequency.

PG Soft has released Super Wildrix, a new 5×5 video slot built around expanding wild symbols and multiplier mechanics. The title’s core mechanic is the Wildrix symbol, which lands with a x2 multiplier and expands to fill an entire reel. According to the company, all wins are multiplied by the total sum of active Wildrix multipliers when one or more expanded Wildrix symbols appear on the reels.

Lottomart has secured an exclusive early release of Hacksaw Gaming’s new slot, Nitro Nights, giving its UK players access ahead of the title’s wider market launch in two weeks. Nitro Nights is themed around an underground street-racing setting and carries a maximum win potential of 15,000x, according to the companies.

Tom Horn Gaming has unveiled Sweet Gold 3000, a new online slot due for general release on 16 June. The company positions the game as a high-volatility title with multipliers up to 3,000x and maximum exposure of 13,900x. Sweet Gold 3000 runs a 6×5 scatter-pays setup and introduces Tom Horn Gaming’s BlastX™ feature alongside its cascade-style Shatter Wins mechanic.

Swintt has released Champions Of The Spin, a football-themed Premium slot designed around a “summer soccer tournament” backdrop, according to the supplier. The game runs on five reels with 50 paylines and includes a custom kit symbol alongside boots, gloves and trophies. Swintt says the title offers maximum wins of up to 3000x.

3 Oaks Gaming has launched 4 Clover Pots: Hold and Win, expanding its 4 Pots slot portfolio with a new Irish-themed title that adds a fourth Pot and a Super Jackpot mechanic. The 5×3, 25-line game builds on the supplier’s 3 Clover Pots release. The new fourth Pot introduces the chance to trigger a Super Jackpot worth up to 10,000x the bet, according to the company.

Playson has released Pink Clovers XXXL: Hold and Win, expanding its Hold and Win mechanic with a larger game field and a new Super Collect Clover feature. The 20-payline title uses a 3×6 grid and introduces Super Collect Clovers that can trigger a Collect Feature with a random multiplier of up to x7, or trigger the Bonus Game.

Evoplay has launched Lu Fu Vortex, a new slot title built around Coin and Bonus symbol interactions, including a central “Lu Fu Energy” collection feature and a bonus round with fixed jackpots. The game’s main mechanic triggers when Coin symbols and the Bonus Vortex appear together, activating Lu Fu Energy to collect all Coin values, alongside Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand jackpots, into a single reward, according to the supplier.

Prime Casino has launched Crystal Lotuses, a new slot from Eyecon, as an exclusive early release ahead of the title’s wider global rollout. The game is live on Prime Casino, a UK-facing casino brand that is part of Kinetic Digital.  According to the company, Crystal Lotuses features a crystal-themed setting with gems and lotus symbols, alongside “collectible cash symbols and crystal prize mechanics.”

Iron Dog Studio, the slot studio within 1X2 Network, has released 3 Gods of Goalympus, the fifth entry in its Gods of Olympus series. The new title adds a football theme and launches ahead of what the company describes as “the biggest football tournament of the summer,” positioning the game as a seasonal content option for operators.

Blueprint Gaming has released Cash Strike™ Power Force 5 Megaways™ on 11th June 2026, adding a multi-level version of its Power Play mechanic to the Cash Strike™ series alongside bonus upgrades and a dual bonus offering. The supplier said multiple Cash Strike™ iterations have “consistently” ranked in its top 10 revenue-generating markets, and positioned the new title with a stated maximum win of 10,000x.

Booming Games has launched Ronaldinho’s Streetball Bonanza, a new slot developed in collaboration with footballer Ronaldinho. The supplier said the release is timed “ahead of FIFA World Cup 2026.” The game uses a Scatter Pays format with a 6×5 reel set-up and a stated maximum win potential of 6,500x. Booming Games said wins are delivered via cascading mechanics for “8+ matching symbols.”

ICONIC21 has released Soccer World Championship, a new multiplayer-driven slot themed around penalty shootouts. The game runs on a 5×5 grid with 15 paylines. The title’s core mechanic is a Penalty symbol that becomes an Expanding Wild and triggers a duel between a Striker and a Goalkeeper. Each carries a multiplier between 2x and 100x, with the duel outcome determining which remains on the reel
