Pariplay: Meeting the needs of operators across key markets
Alexander Petrovich, VP Operations, Pariplay, explains the company’s plans for a new phase of growth, driven by progress in key regions including North America.
North America is a key region for Pariplay. How do you see the market evolving here and what role can aggregation platforms play in delivering content that appeals to new players?
Operators across the region are looking to simplify their approach and cut down on resource-heavy processes. Aggregation platforms fit in by offering all gaming verticals through a single integration. Casino, instant win, and live casino games can all be made available through a single point of integration. At Pariplay, our Fusion aggregation platform is recognized as technically effective and efficient in the delivery of this content to our local partners. It currently offers a portfolio of over 14,000 titles across our 150+ suppliers, our next-generation platform also hosts a suite of back-office conversion and retention tools that enhance player value.
As an aggregator, we understand the need to constantly deliver content that appeals to new players. Our platform provides a centralized hub where players can access a wide range of games from multiple providers, rather than having to visit multiple sites or download individual apps. This model provides players with greater choice, convenience, and a greater gaming experience.
Retention is a major focus for many operators looking to pull back on marketing costs. What are the innovations you are seeing in this space?
In an industry where change happens very quickly and “time is money”, operators want to be able to expand or improve their offerings without having to wait months for development, testing and QA, for example. Pariplay’s platform Fusion has been built in a very scalable, sensible matrix, that allows us to launch new vendors into an operator’s environments in a very quick and easy method.
We allocate a dedicated environment to every customer, giving them all the control and configurability, they need. Our “Plug n Play”– API works out the box with 120+ vendors to provide a seamless and super quick integration process. In addition, what makes our technology unique is that if the client wants us to use their APIs, we can do this too, whilst maintaining the same functionality. Our technologies improve efficiency, enhance operator offerings and help give them a competitive edge.
Localization is also a big talking point at the moment. How can operators best serve players with relevant content?
Aggregators are able to help operators in this regard by combining efficient technology, a large suite of content that is both localized and generic, a globally experienced commercial team and wide distribution. At Pariplay, we are incredibly passionate about delivering a tier-one service to our clients and partners. We have made significant progress in the past 12 months to establish tier-one operator and supplier connections via our aggregation platform and 2023 is the perfect time for us to take our business to the next level.
What opportunities does Pariplay have as it looks to further expand internationally?
We have performed strongly in the area of aggregation and studio development, with a particular focus on markets such as LatAm and North America. Additionally, we have established and solidified our presence in a series of other regulated markets across the globe.
Along the journey to where we are now, we have learned that to be successful and to continue global growth we have to bring on board studios that can push the boundaries to give players new, unique, and engaging experiences. For that, we can offer them the most technically advanced aggregation service.
With a wide offering of proven content from world-leading suppliers as well as our own studio offering and proprietary engagement tools, we are quickly becoming the platform of choice for leading operators in North America. We are not showing signs of slowing down and will continue to make strides in the region, further enhancing our local offering to help our operator partners deliver the most appealing, engaging, and entertaining content to players across North America.
Finally, how optimistic are you for the future of the industry?
There are a lot of opportunities on the horizon, given that each market operates under unique dynamics and every jurisdiction has its own set of rules and regulations. By working hand in hand with compliance measures, the industry has the potential to grow at an accelerated pace and expand significantly.
When I first joined this company earlier this year, I was aware that Pariplay was a rapidly growing organization with immense potential. I was thrilled to become a part of this incredible journey, and I am sure that all our teams are eager to contribute with their skills and expertise to help drive the company’s expansion.
