When it all slots together, Rabbit Entertainment is the first Virtual Slots Website to be certified as compliant with the new German regulations
Gambling entertainment company Rabbit Entertainment and its brands lapalingo.de and lordlucky.de are the first and only independently certified entities to provide virtual slots in conformity with Germany’s forthcoming regulations, the first company to achieve this status via its platform provider United Remote.
As a result, the offering of Rabbit Entertainment on lapalingo.de and lordlucky.de, based on the platform provided by United Remote, is the first vertical offering Virtual Slots which has been certified by TÜV AUSTRIA Group as compliant with the new German regulation (Glückspielstaatsvertrag). This puts player protection front and forward, seriously emphasizing a commitment to Responsible Gaming, while creating a safe environment for players to enjoy the entertainment experience to the full.
Lapalingo’s partners cover some of the world’s biggest providers, to more experimental and boutique producers, giving Lapalingo a highly-differentiated gaming experience with a wide range of carefully curated titles from a roster of industry-leading game developers including NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Merkur, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Big Time Gaming, ELK Studios, NextGen, Endorphina and WMS, amongst others. In addition, Lapalingo is constantly working on expanding the portfolio by signing deals with more game suppliers; thrilling new titles are constantly appearing in Lapalingo’s lobby.
Rabbit Entertainment CEO Jeremy Fall said: “We have thoroughly enjoyed working with United Remote to achieve this industry-first status. I am confident this new vertical will enable Rabbit Entertainment to drive their slots business forward rapidly alongside other brands that see the value in this vertical platform. On the player side, customers can be reassured that the online site is fully aligned with the market regulation and enjoy a sense of security that they are playing with a responsible company.”
The Conformity Statement issued by TÜV TRUST IT GmbH certifies the vertical offering is already compliant with the requirements of the forthcoming Inter-State Treaty on Gambling in Germany, based on the currently established Tolerance Period. TÜV AUSTRIA Group is the neutral, objective and independent partner for consulting and certification services.

Digicode brings Diger Suite compliance tooling to iGaming Germany 2026
Digicode will participate in iGaming Germany 2026 on May 21–22 in Munich, where it plans to showcase its Diger Suite, a modular software ecosystem aimed at supporting compliant iGaming platform builds and scaling.
The event, hosted at Novotel Muenchen Messe, is positioned around the practical application of German gaming regulations. Digicode said it will focus discussions on operator challenges when scaling systems under strict requirements, including payment orchestration and player management.
At the conference, Digicode will present Diger Suite capabilities across reporting, data flow management, and system transparency, which the company says are designed to keep platforms audit-ready. Digicode said technical experts will be available to demonstrate how structured platform architecture can reduce operational friction in regulated environments.
“When we talk to operators in the German market, the conversation is increasingly shifting toward efficiency and long-term sustainability,” said Alex Karichensky, CEO of Digicode Europe. “It is not just about meeting a checklist; it’s about making sure your technology doesn’t break or slow down every time a new reporting requirement comes along. We want to show how we handle those practical, day-to-day technical pressures.”
Digicode said its team will also engage with stakeholders on AI integration into product development, legacy modernization, and a shift from traditional SaaS and revenue-share models toward full platform ownership—an approach it says can reduce long-term vendor dependence and speed response to regulatory changes.

ZEAL posts 6% Q1 2026 revenue growth as EBITDA dips on investment spend
ZEAL Network SE reported higher first-quarter 2026 revenue despite what it described as a weak jackpot environment, while profitability softened as the company increased investment. Revenue rose 6% year-on-year to €54.3 million (2025: €51.1 million). EBITDA fell to €15.5 million from €17.7 million.
“The first quarter of 2026 shows that we are consistently executing our strategy even in a weak jackpot environment: our core business is growing, and we have continued to invest in diversifying our business model,” says Andrea Behrendt, CFO of ZEAL. “Through targeted investments in new charity lotteries such as the Dream Car Raffle, we are laying the foundation for sustainable growth that is less dependent on jackpot cycles. The slightly lower EBITDA compared to the previous year is primarily a reflection of these measures.”
In the core lottery segment, ZEAL said average monthly active users increased 5% to 1,575 thousand (2025: 1,507 thousand), while new registrations climbed 11% to 274 thousand (2025: 247 thousand). Lottery billings edged up 1% to €268.0 million (2025: €264.7 million). The lottery gross margin improved to 17.8% (2025: 17.1%), with lottery revenue up 5% to €48.7 million (2025: €46.3 million).
ZEAL also used Q1 to prepare a new in-house charity lottery product. The company said it launched the Traumautoverlosung (English name: Dream Car Raffle) on 14 April 2026, its third charity lottery in Germany after freiheit+ and the Dream House Raffle.
In Games, ZEAL reported revenue up 14% to €3.9 million (2025: €3.4 million) after expanding its B2C portfolio to more than 740 titles. ZEAL said higher marketing costs (+13%) and personnel expenses (+21%) reflected continued investment in scaling charity lotteries and Games alongside the core lottery business.

ZEAL launches Dream Car Raffle charity lottery in Germany
ZEAL has launched Dream Car Raffle (Traumautoverlosung), a new charity lottery offering in the regulated German gambling market. The company said the product is developed in-house and adds to its portfolio alongside its lottery brokerage business.
Traumautoverlosung is operated by Dreamify gGmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of ZEAL, while marketing and sales is handled by Lotto24 AG, also part of the group. ZEAL said the launch follows the Dream House Raffle (Traumhausverlosung) introduced in 2024 and freiheit+, making Traumautoverlosung its third charity lottery in Germany.
“With Traumautoverlosung, ZEAL continues its strategy of complementing its traditional lottery brokerage business with proprietary products, targeting new customer segments and reducing its dependence on jackpot-driven cycles of state lotteries,” the company said. Stefan Tweraser, CEO of ZEAL Group, added: “We are pleased to further expand our core business with attractive new products. Traumautoverlosung is another step towards diversifying our portfolio and reaching new target groups.”
ZEAL said Traumautoverlosung is structured with a limited number of tickets and a guaranteed winner. At launch, a Porsche 911 GT3 RS will be raffled, with a total of 250,000 tickets available. “With Traumautoverlosung, we are focusing on cars that are otherwise out of reach for many people – highly desirable models that are often difficult to obtain on the market,” said Michael Lee, founder of Traumautoverlosung. “Our goal is to translate this demand into a transparent, digital product with clearly defined mechanics.”
As a charity lottery, the product allocates at least 20 percent of ticket revenue to charitable causes, according to ZEAL. The company said the initiative will partner with Johanniter in 2026.
