SYNOT Group Appoints Katarína Polách Klčovská as its Chief Executive Officer

SYNOT Group has established a new key executive position by appointing Katarína Polách Klčovská as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment was made by the Group’s founder and owner, Ivo Valenta. Katarína Polách Klčovská has been part of SYNOT Group for more than thirteen years.

The newly created position represents an important milestone in the Group’s continued development and the strengthening of its executive management structure. As Chief Executive Officer, she will be responsible for the Group’s day-to-day management, the implementation of the strategic objectives set by the shareholder, and ensuring the Group’s long-term growth and competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.

“Effective from 1 May 2026, SYNOT Group has established the new key position of Chief Executive Officer. I have appointed Ing. Katarína Polách Klčovská to this role. I am confident that she will bring extensive experience gained during more than thirteen years within the Group. Throughout her career at SYNOT, she has held numerous specialist and management positions and has actively participated in the implementation of strategic projects across the Group. Her professional expertise, long-standing experience and in-depth understanding of the Group’s operations make her the natural choice for this position. As CEO, she will be responsible for the Group’s day-to-day management, the execution of strategic objectives and ensuring its long-term growth. The creation of this position marks another important step in strengthening the Group’s governance and enhancing cooperation across all companies within the SYNOT Group structure,” said Ivo Valenta, founder and owner of SYNOT Group.

Katarína Polách Klčovská is an experienced senior executive with more than fourteen years of expertise in corporate finance, strategic management and the development of international business structures. She joined SYNOT Group in 2012 and has held a number of specialist and management positions throughout her career.

In recent years, she has served primarily as Chief Financial Officer of Synot Games, where she played a key role in developing the Group’s organisational structures, supporting international expansion, driving digital transformation and managing strategic projects across multiple jurisdictions. In her previous role, she oversaw the Group’s activities across Central and Southeastern Europe while simultaneously leading the development of newly established business structures in the United States. She also made a significant contribution to designing operational and financial models supporting the Group’s continued growth in international markets.

In her new role, she intends to focus on further strengthening the Group’s growth, expanding its international presence and accelerating the development of its digital activities.
