DATA.BET, a leading sportsbook technology provider, is set to participate in SiGMA South America 2026, one of the most significant gaming industry events in Latin America.
The event will take place from April 6–9, 2026 in São Paulo, bringing together major players from the global betting and casino sectors.
At stand E140, DATA.BET will present its comprehensive sportsbook platform along with its advanced esports betting solutions, targeting operators across Latin America who are seeking scalable, high-performance betting products.
Expanding Presence in Latin America
Latin America continues to emerge as one of the fastest-growing regions for online sports betting and iGaming. Countries across the region are moving toward regulated frameworks, creating significant opportunities for sportsbook providers and technology companies.
DATA.BET’s presence at SiGMA South America highlights the company’s focus on supporting operators entering regulated markets, particularly in Brazil, where demand for advanced sportsbook infrastructure is rapidly increasing.
The company aims to demonstrate how its solutions can help operators integrate modern sportsbook technology quickly and efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Brazilian Certification Strengthens Market Entry
One of the key advantages DATA.BET brings to the Latin American market is its Brazilian GLI certification, obtained last year. This certification confirms that the platform meets recognized regulatory and technical standards required for operation in Brazil’s developing betting ecosystem.
Certification allows operators using DATA.BET’s solutions to streamline their market entry process. By integrating certified technology, betting companies can reduce the time required for regulatory approvals and technical validation.
This capability positions DATA.BET as a strategic partner for operators looking to establish or expand their presence in Brazil’s regulated sports betting market.
Advanced Sportsbook and Integration Capabilities
During the exhibition, DATA.BET will showcase the latest version of its complete sportsbook solution, which has recently undergone a significant redesign.
The platform includes advanced integration capabilities that allow operators to seamlessly incorporate sportsbook functionality into their existing online casino or betting platforms. This flexibility ensures that operators can deploy the solution efficiently while maintaining full control over branding and user experience.
By offering scalable technology and seamless integrations, DATA.BET aims to help operators maximize performance and revenue potential.
Enhanced Statistical Widgets for Deeper Insights
A major highlight of the company’s presentation will be the newly updated Statistical Widgets, designed to enhance user engagement and provide bettors with deeper insights into matches and competitions.
The widgets include several data-rich features such as:
- Head-to-Head comparisons
- Game Statistics
- Team Statistics
- Timeline Widget for esports events
These tools are designed to enrich the betting experience by providing real-time information that helps players make more informed decisions.
Enhanced data visualization has become an increasingly important component of modern sportsbook platforms, as bettors expect access to detailed statistics and analytics.
Expanded Coverage of Global and Regional Sports
DATA.BET’s sportsbook platform offers extensive coverage across a wide range of sporting events, including both global tournaments and regional competitions that are particularly popular among Latin American audiences.
Among the leagues featured in the platform are:
- Brazil’s Campeonato Brasileiro Série A
- Argentina’s Liga Profesional de Fútbol
- Colombia’s Categoría Primera A
This regional focus ensures that operators can deliver localized content tailored to the preferences of Latin American bettors.
The platform also supports betting on major international tournaments, including preparations for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup, which is expected to generate massive global betting activity.
Bet Builder Across Sports and Esports
Another key feature showcased at the event will be DATA.BET’s Bet Builder, which enables players to combine multiple betting selections within a single wager.
This functionality is available for both traditional sports and esports competitions, allowing bettors to create customized bets based on their predictions for different match events.
Bet Builder functionality has become a popular feature among sportsbook users because it increases engagement and provides additional betting flexibility.
Strong Focus on Esports Betting
Esports continues to experience rapid growth worldwide, particularly among younger audiences. Brazil and the broader Latin American region have developed strong esports communities, making this vertical a key focus for sportsbook providers.
DATA.BET has positioned itself as a long-standing leader in esports betting by offering extensive tournament coverage and specialized tools designed for esports audiences.
According to Otto Bonning, Head of Sales at DATA.BET, the company sees strong demand for esports betting products in Brazil and aims to support operators with comprehensive market coverage, including local competitions.
Supporting Operators Through Technology
DATA.BET continues to invest heavily in technological innovation to ensure its sportsbook platform remains reliable, scalable, and adaptable to regulated environments.
The company’s ongoing development efforts focus on:
- Improving platform stability
- Enhancing integration capabilities
- Expanding market coverage
- Supporting regulatory compliance
These improvements are designed to help operators maximize revenue opportunities while delivering a seamless betting experience to players.
Looking Ahead to SiGMA South America 2026

DATA.BET’s participation underscores its commitment to strengthening relationships with Latin American operators and expanding its presence in one of the most dynamic betting markets in the world.

Hunch cites 78% matchday retention for Super World Cup free-to-play suite
Hunch says its World Cup free-to-play game suite delivered 78% “round-on-round” retention across active match days for Super Technologies’ Brazil-facing operation, following the launch of its “Passa A Bola” product in the market.
The supplier said performance was driven by “Pass the Ball”, localised as “Passa A Bola”, a collaborative game designed to encourage same-game accumulator participation by letting friends build bets together. The campaign in Brazil was promoted on TV under Super’s regional brand and supported by ambassadors including Cafu and Zinho. Hunch said Super distributed more than €4m in prizes to customers over the World Cup period.
“Brazil is one of the most competitive and dynamic markets in our sector right now, and we know we need to deliver unforgettable experiences to our customers at the biggest moment of the year: the World Cup,” said Mark Flood, General Manager of Brazil at Super Technologies.
“We aimed, as we always do, to give our customers reasons to continue to be Super with us. Hunch delivered, as we knew they would, creating differentiated experiences that helped new users experience the depth of our sports product, and critically, enjoy that experience with friends.”
Hunch also rolled out a football-themed Bingo title ahead of the tournament’s first kick-off. The company said the Bingo game engaged over 85% of active Super sports bettors during the World Cup, using a nine-event sheet of same-game accumulator or bet builder selections, with rewards linked to the number of completed lines.
Hunch operates across six regulated jurisdictions—Romania, Brazil, Poland, Belgium, Serbia, and Greece—within the Super ecosystem, offering four free-to-play formats: Bingo, Pass the Ball, Predictor, and Hotstreak. Managing Director Rob Egan said: “Major tournaments are unique in that bettors lean heavily towards entertainment that enhances the primary viewing experiences. We saw this engagement gap in our World Cup planning, and by delivering products like Passa A Bola, we have directly targeted the cross-section of social interaction and same-game multi demand.”

Hunch reports 78% matchday retention for Brazil World Cup free-to-play push
Hunch, the free-to-play games unit within the Super Technologies (Super) ecosystem, said on July 21, 2026 that its World Cup game suite delivered “unprecedented” matchday engagement and retention performance for Super’s Brazil-facing offering.
The company said performance was driven by the debut of “Pass the Ball,” localized as “Passa A Bola” for Brazil, a collaborative game designed to encourage same-game accumulator activity by allowing friends to build bets together and follow results as a group. Super marketed the product on TV in Brazil with ambassadors including Cafu and Zinho, according to the release.
Hunch said Super’s free-to-play network retention—defined as players returning “round-on-round”—reached 78% across active match days during the tournament period, with more than €4m in prizes distributed to Super customers over the World Cup.
Hunch also said its Bingo title engaged over 85% of active Super sports bettors during the World Cup, with players using a nine-event same-game accumulator or bet builder sheet and earning rewards based on lines hit. The supplier said it currently operates across six regulated jurisdictions—Romania, Brazil, Poland, Belgium, Serbia, and Greece—under the Super umbrella, offering Bingo, Pass the Ball, Predictor, and Hotstreak, with product performance supported by direct integration and access to first-party player data.

Esportes Gaming Brasil lands three brand nominations at Reclame Aqui Awards 2026
Esportes Gaming Brasil (EGB) says all three of its brands—Esportes da Sorte, Onabet and Lottu—have been shortlisted for the Reclame Aqui Awards 2026, a Brazilian awards programme focused on corporate reputation and customer relationships. The group announced the nominations on Thursday 16th July.
EGB said it is the first time the three brands have been nominated simultaneously. Esportes da Sorte is shortlisted in the Ultra Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category, while Onabet and Lottu are in the Sports Betting Operators (Mega Operations) category.
“Receiving nominations for all three Group brands at the Reclame Aqui Awards for the first time is incredibly meaningful recognition of the work we carry out every day. More than simply an achievement, it reflects our consistent strategy of putting the customer at the centre of every decision by investing in technology, operational efficiency and personalised customer service to build long-term relationships based on trust,” said Maria Neves, Director of Customer Experience, Customer Support and Reputation Channels at Esportes Gaming Brasil.
The company attributed the nominations to ongoing investment in customer service processes, technology integration, employee training and changes to the user journey across its brands. EGB also said it reduced average response time for human customer support from 30 minutes to two minutes.
Reclame Aqui Awards winners are decided by consumer voting, according to the company. Public voting for the 2026 edition is scheduled to run from 2 September to 5 November.
