BetGames deepens Betano partnership with bespoke crash game launch
Leading games provider BetGames has created a bespoke version of its debut crash game, Skyward, set to launch with the Betano brand for the Brazilian market.
BetGames’ bespoke version of Skyward contains adapted features for players in Brazil. Along with localised animations intended to meet the needs of its players, the project demonstrates the partnership’s commitment to bringing the most immersive gameplay experience possible.
Skyward is a high-energy crash game that engages players in a captivating plane-based adventure—boasting a visually striking design set against an aeriel backdrop, featuring a range of captivating animations that enhance the player’s enjoyment.
This new collaboration enriches Betano’s offer in the emerging Brazilian market. Potential infrastructure challenges with wait time and stability have been counteracted by augmenting the game which combats limited internet connection and preferences with low data consumption.
The gameplay appeals to all levels of gamblers, with a simplistic yet engaging format. Bravery is still the aim for all would-be aviators, with players reaping increasingly favourable rewards the longer they hold their nerve, with the maximum possible multiplier of x100,000.
Betano’s branded version of BetGames’ latest title is another addition to a line of projects that Kaizen Gaming, Betano’s parent company, has tasked the provider with, leveraging its growing reputation for producing tailored content for operators.

Belatra has signed a cooperation agreement with VeliGames to distribute its online slots to operators across Latin America, Africa and Asia. The deal was announced Tuesday 7th July 2026.
VeliGames is a game aggregation platform by VeliTech. The companies said the platform is designed for operators in Latin America, Africa and Asia, with architecture optimised for unstable internet connections and low-cost devices.
Under the expanded agreement, VeliGames will gain access to Belatra’s portfolio through a single API integration, giving operators access to Belatra’s slots via the aggregator.

TJPE cites a Brasília federal ruling that suspended the legal effects of Spribe’s AVIATOR registration and barred exclusivity claims during nullity proceedings.
The Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE) has revoked preliminary appellate relief previously granted to Spribe OÜ in litigation over the AVIATOR trademark in Brazil.
In a monocratic decision, Justice Andrea Epaminondas Tenorio de Brito held that the factual and legal basis for the earlier injunction no longer exists. The court pointed to a subsequent decision by the Federal Court in Brasília that provisionally suspended the legal effects of Spribe’s Brazilian AVIATOR trademark registration and ordered Spribe to refrain from asserting exclusivity based on that registration while federal nullity proceedings are ongoing.
TJPE said its earlier relief relied on the presumption that Spribe’s trademark registration before Brazil’s National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) was fully valid and enforceable. With the federal court suspending the registration’s effects, the Pernambuco court found the underlying circumstances had materially changed.
The court cited Article 296 of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure as the basis for revoking the preliminary relief in light of the changed legal situation.

The ruling follows a decision by the Federal Court in Brasília that provisionally suspended the legal effects of Spribe’s Brazilian AVIATOR trademark registration.
According to the press release, the federal court also ordered Spribe to refrain from asserting exclusivity based on that registration until the federal nullity proceedings are resolved.
TJPE said its earlier decision had relied on the presumption that Spribe’s trademark registration with the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) was fully valid and enforceable. With the federal court now suspending the legal effects of that registration, the Pernambuco court held that the foundation for interim relief had materially changed, prompting revocation under Article 296 of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure.
