Wazdan continues its upward growth trajectory with outstanding 2023
Wazdan, the innovative games provider, is celebrating a year of success following a string of key milestones being reached over the previous 12 months.
Wazdan has continued the rollout of new titles in its renowned slot portfolio, adding 53 new games to its collection. This includes Mighty Wild™: Panther, Book of Faith™ and the brand-new 9 Bells™ slot, as well as new instalments to its player-favourite Coins™ and Hot Slot™ franchises, such as top-performing 9 Coins™ Grand Diamond Edition, recently nominated for the Global Gaming Awards.

The developer experienced an impressive surge in its Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) and total bets throughout the year, marking a remarkable 100% increase compared to the previous year. This outstanding growth underscores Wazdan’s commitment to delivering top-tier gaming experiences that resonate with players globally.
Throughout the year, Wazdan orchestrated eight highly successful Network Promotions, captivating players with thrilling opportunities and an impressive total prize pool amounting to €4,000,000. What is more, Wazdan continues to lead the industry with its forward-thinking approach, introducing new engaging promotional tools, such as Jackpot Rain™, designed to heighten player experiences.
Participating in industry events worldwide, the provider made appearances at eight exhibitions this year including ICE London, the Canadian Gaming Summit, iGB Live!, SBC Summits in New Jersey, Barcelona and Miami and, most recently, the SiGMA Summit Europe.
In line with this commercial expansion, the Wazdan team has greeted 69 new hires, which is an increase of 30% over 2023, bringing the total number of employees to over 220.

PG Soft appoints Hugo Baungartner as General Manager LatAm
Veteran executive tasked with expanding PG Soft across Latin America and leading strategy in Brazil as regulation evolves.
PG Soft has appointed Hugo Baungartner as General Manager LatAm, handing him responsibility for the supplier’s commercial expansion across Latin America and its strategy in Brazil.
The company said Baungartner will focus on growing the business in Brazil, where PG Soft says it has already captured a “significant share of the market,” while building presence across regulated markets in the wider region.
Baungartner brings more than 29 years of experience across technology and gaming. He has held leadership roles at Grupo Aposta Ganha, RCT Gaming, Prohards and most recently Esportes Gaming Brasil, according to the company.
PG Soft also pointed to Baungartner’s network across Latin America’s regulatory landscape, including relationships with Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA/MF), the Federal Revenue Service, and COAF, as well as Mexico’s Dirección General de Juegos y Sorteos and AIEJA (the Mexican Gaming Association).

BetOnGames launches Tokyo Skyline Run crash game with 97.5% RTP
BetOnGames, the instant games vertical of the BETCORE ecosystem, has launched Tokyo Skyline Run, a new crash game aimed at iGaming operators. The company said the mobile-first title ships with a 97.5% RTP and is built around short, fast rounds.
Tokyo Skyline Run is set across a neon Tokyo rooftop backdrop and uses a rising multiplier mechanic. Each round centers on a simple cash-out decision: players start the run, track the multiplier as it climbs, and choose when to cash out before a failure ends the round.
BetOnGames positions the release as a thematic extension to its crash portfolio, using anime-inspired character design and visuals including a neon city atmosphere and cherry blossom elements.
The company said the game is designed for “fast player engagement” and for operators seeking more variety in instant games, particularly for audiences that prefer short sessions and high-tempo gameplay.

BC.GAME names Guillermo Ochoa brand ambassador for Mexico push
BC.GAME has signed Mexican footballer Guillermo “Memo” Ochoa as a brand ambassador to support its growth strategy in Mexico through BCGAME.mx.
The company said Ochoa will front football-led brand activity, including local promotions and fan engagement campaigns designed for Mexican audiences. BC.GAME positioned the partnership as part of its continued investment in what it described as the regulated Mexican market.
