GoldenRace, the leading B2B provider of award-winning Virtual Sports and betting solutions, is now offering operators a new Preticket option for their Retail shops: a tool designed to speed up service, reduce cashier workload and improve the overall betting experience for players.

Queues, delays and crowded counters can take the fun out of placing a bet – and sometimes even lead to missing the chance to bet at all. GoldenRace’s Preticket option was developed to help prevent this.

Instead of waiting in line to make their selections at the cashier, players can now choose their bets on a self-service terminal. Once done, they receive a unique code. All they need to do is memorise that code and provide it to the cashier to pay and get their ticket printed. That’s it – quick, smooth and hassle-free.

With players placing their bets in advance with GoldenRace’s preticket option, many shops may find they need fewer staff on the floor. Meanwhile, players enjoy greater autonomy and faster service. The result? More bets placed per hour, less employees and a better betting experience for everyone.

This new solution aligns with GoldenRace’s ongoing efforts to improve Retail environments. It follows other recent innovations like In-shop Mobile, which allows players to use their own devices to place bets in the shop – reducing paper use and hardware needs and supporting a more sustainable betting experience.

Preticket is now available to all GoldenRace Retail partners. A practical tool that responds to the real needs of Retail businesses and reinforces the company’s commitment to more agile, efficient and end-user focused solutions.
