Parimatch Tech Restructures the Leadership Model: One CEO, Two Deputy CEOs
Roman Syrotian, who held the co-CEO position since 2021, will remain a Member of the Supervisory Board, while Chief Finance Officer and Chief Revenue Officer will become Deputy CEOs.
For the past two years, Parimatch Tech – a holding company developing software and solutions for the entertainment and betting industry – has been operating with Roman Syrotian and Maksym Liashko working side by side as the co-CEOs. Starting from April 1st, 2022, Roman Syrotian will be focusing 100% of his time on the Supervisory Board activities, while Maksym Liashko becomes the Parimatch Tech CEO.
Syrotian will be dealing with strategic aspects of the business, shareholder relations, and resources allocation. Liashko will continue to handle most of the operational tasks of the holding company. Anna Motruk, who held two roles before the management restructuring (Chief Finance Officer & Deputy CEO), will leave her CFO position to focus on the Deputy CEO role. Evgen Belousov, ex-Chief Revenue Officer at Parimatch Tech, has also been appointed as Deputy CEO.
“War impacts the fates of people and the fates of companies. The changes in the top management structure and move to the single CEO model will allow us to become even more flexible, and speed up the operational and decision-making processes. I am confident that Maksym and the team are ready to lead Parimatch Tech during these tough times! I will continue my work in the company in a non-operational role as a member of the Supervisory Board.”

With Roman refocusing all his attention and skills on the Supervisory Board activities, I am certain that Parimatch Tech will withstand these difficult times and continue to be a successful global business. I would also like to congratulate Anna Motruk and Evgen Belousov on their appointments as Deputy CEOs. Their skills and knowledge shaped Parimatch Tech into what it is today – a successful international business – so together we will ensure that Parimatch Tech continues to grow and attract success.”

That’s why building cross-functional teams within the company will be an important element of our business going forward. Flexibility and resourcefulness are crucial elements of overcoming any challenges, and I am certain that the future holds a lot more victories.” – Anna Motruk, Deputy CEO at Parimatch Tech.

QTech adds Split The Pot games to boost Africa and LatAm offering
QTech has signed a content deal with Swedish supplier Split The Pot to add new games to its aggregation platform for African and Latin American markets. The agreement was announced on 10 June 2026.
Under the deal, QTech will roll out Split The Pot’s mobile-optimised “light games”, including Comet Crash Deluxe, Wheel of Fortune and the Zama Big 5 series. The supplier says its titles are designed to support a range of volatility profiles and include “the ability to cashout at every level”.
The companies positioned the partnership around performance in emerging markets where players can face device and connectivity constraints, including lower-spec handsets, limited network access and higher data costs.
Philip Doftvik, QTech’s CEO, said: “Split The Pot offers a welcome breath of fresh air in the sector, especially with their creative cashout functionality working seamlessly even in territories where network connectivity remains a challenge. The games are therefore very well suited for the African markets, in particular, which aligns with our increased focus on the region. Locally adapted content is regularly requested from our clients in Africa, hence we are excited to release Split The Pot’s games to our partners there.”
Christian Rajter, CEO of Split The Pot, added: “We’re thrilled to join forces with QTech. This partnership means even more players in our core markets, like Africa and Latin America, will have access to our engaging games. We’ve designed them to work seamlessly, even on less powerful devices and with limited internet, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience.”

Tom Horn Gaming launches Sweet Gold 3000 slot with 3,000x multipliers
Tom Horn Gaming has unveiled Sweet Gold 3000, a new online slot due for general release on 16 June. The company positions the game as a high-volatility title with multipliers up to 3,000x and maximum exposure of 13,900x.
Sweet Gold 3000 runs a 6×5 scatter-pays setup and introduces Tom Horn Gaming’s BlastX
feature alongside its cascade-style Shatter Wins mechanic, where consecutive wins continue through chain reactions. Random Gold Chocolate multiplier symbols can appear during spins with values from 2x to 3,000x, the company said.
The free spins feature is triggered by landing four or more scatter symbols and uses increasing multipliers. During the bonus round, players can unlock an additional five free spins by landing three extra scatters. A Free Spins Booster is also available for 1.5x the total bet, which Tom Horn Gaming says triples the chance of triggering free spins in the base game.
For players seeking direct access to bonus gameplay, the game includes Bonus Buy entry into Free Spins or Super Free Spins modes.
Ondrej Lapides, CEO at Tom Horn Gaming, said: “Sweet Gold 3000 is unlike anything else in our portfolio. We wanted to create a game that feels rebellious, energetic and visually striking while still delivering the high-intensity gameplay players are looking for today. The combination of urban graffiti culture, candy symbolism and huge multiplier potential gives the game a very distinctive personality that stands out instantly in casino lobbies.”

The release is the first exclusive early-launch arrangement between Hacksaw Gaming and Lottomart, extending an existing content partnership between the two companies.
Nitro Nights is themed around an underground street-racing setting and carries a maximum win potential of 15,000x, according to the companies. The game also features a Nitrous Bar that can store up to 10 Nudges outside the grid.
The title includes three bonus features, ranging from free spins with progressive multipliers to increased chances of triggering Nitro symbols, alongside a hidden Epic Bonus feature.
