DEGEN Studios appoints Reinholds Sprogis as Senior Game Producer
DEGEN Studios has appointed Reinholds Sprogis as its Senior Game Producer, adding serious production muscle as the studio continues to build games that refuse to play it safe.
In his role, Reinholds will own the production flow across DEGEN’s growing portfolio, working at the centre of creative, technical and commercial teams to guide ideas from concept through to release.
Reinholds joins DEGEN with a strong track record across game production and operations, recently in senior roles at Boldplay and Golden Rock Studios. Known for his detail-driven, hands-on approach and creative problem-solving, he brings a deep understanding of delivery, compliance and execution, developed through years of working alongside development, art and product teams in fast-moving studio environments.
His experience across both studio and operator-facing roles gives him a grounded perspective on what it takes to move games from concept to launch without losing intent along the way. Beyond process and structure, Reinholds brings a creative eye to game development, ensuring production amplifies the vision rather than constraining it.
Reinholds’ role is designed to reinforce DEGEN’s creative ambition to build games by gamers, for gamers, without diluting what makes them distinctive. Alongside Head of Studio Danny Gordon, the duo is positioned to drive DEGEN’s next phase of bold, uncompromising game development.
Reinholds Sprogis, Senior Game Producer at DEGEN Studios: “DEGEN has a very clear identity and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, which is what immediately stood out to me. It’s a studio that pushes for strong ideas but also understands that execution is everything. I’m excited to continue helping build structure that allows creativity to thrive without compromise.”
Danny Gordon, Head of Studio at DEGEN Studios: “Reinholds brings the production discipline and precision we need as we scale, but he’s also deeply engaged in the creative process of building games. He understands how to move fast without breaking things, and more importantly, he gets what we’re building here. With him leading production, we’re set up to deliver games that hit harder and ship smarter.”

DEGEN Studios launches Tomb of Wishes 5×5 cluster pays slot
DEGEN Studios has released Tomb of Wishes, a 5×5 cluster pays slot built around cascading wins, Random Wilds and a three-stage bonus sequence themed around a genie.
In the base game, winning clusters remove symbols from the grid and feed a central counter. As more symbols are cleared, Random Wilds can land to help complete clusters and extend cascades. If a Wild lands without contributing to a win, it self-destructs and removes adjacent symbols to reopen the grid for new cascades.
The bonus triggers after 40 winning symbols have been collected. It progresses through three stages: The First Wish, The Forbidden Wish and The Final Wish, with DEGEN Studios positioning each stage as higher volatility than the last.
In The First Wish, players receive three “charges” that can be used when a spin stalls, detonating selected non-Wild symbols and surrounding positions. The Forbidden Wish introduces four sticky Blue Super Wilds that start at a x1 multiplier and increase when they contribute to a winning cluster, and can also destroy adjacent symbols if no win lands.
The Final Wish adds four Red Super Wilds, each with an independent multiplier that can combine when multiple Wilds land in the same cluster win. DEGEN Studios said the feature set supports a 10,000x maximum win, with the Red Super Wilds moving across available positions after each cascade.
Danny Gordon, Head of Studio at DEGEN Studios, said: “Tomb of Wishes is a fast-paced frenzy of Wilds, explosions and action, but it still gives players a clear sense of progression. You are constantly collecting, triggering, moving deeper and chasing the next stage.
“That is what makes the game exciting. It has that achievable chase built into it, where every cascade can keep the sequence moving and every wish takes players closer to the bigger moments.”

Zoomania: DEGEN Studios’ wild new frontier
This isn’t an expedition. It’s the fittest that survive.
DEGEN opens the cage door to Zoomania, a 5-reel, 4-row video slot situated in a realm where instinct reigns and survival is far from assured.
Set in a landscape of steel, shadows, and flashing neon, Zoomania presents players with a lineup of powerful beings like lions, gorillas, and reptiles, each contributing their unique impact to this extremely high-volatility game.
A key aspect of Zoomania is the Top Feature Row, positioned above the reels, which can trigger strong modifiers at any time. Expanding Wilds, multipliers, Wild Converters, and even Super Scatters can appear unexpectedly, altering the grid and forming wins that seemed impossible moments before.
The outcome is a fundamental game that continually changes. One instant the reels seem stable, the next a feature activates and the result changes drastically.
Zoomania presents several bonus paths, each featuring varying levels of intensity. From the dynamic Prison Break feature to the unpredictable Feral Instinct and the extremely rare Beast Mode, the game enables players to encounter increasing degrees of disorder as the session progresses.
Danny Gordon, Head of Studio at DEGEN Studios, said: “Zoomania shows a different side of DEGEN. It looks vibrant, but there’s an eerie edge running through it, and the gameplay keeps shifting under your feet. That tension creates something wildly unpredictable, where no two sessions play out the same.
Step inside. Trigger the chaos. Unleash the wild.”
