BGaming Strengthens Its Presence in Italy with San Patrignano Contribution and Introduces New Game Classification
Reading Time: 2 minutes
Rapidly expanding content provider shows commitment to responsible gambling in Italy ahead of SiGMA Rome
Popular iGaming content provider BGaming solidifies its position in Italy with a refreshed game classification system and a new local social initiative. As part of its growing commitment to the Italian market, BGaming has made a significant financial contribution to San Patrignano, a local non-profit organisation supporting people struggling with gambling and other addictions. The donation will help fund the community’s recovery programme dedicated to the rehabilitation of people with gambling addiction, reinforcing BGaming’s focus on responsible gaming and customer well-being.
San Patrignano’s long-standing rehabilitation programme helps individuals rebuild their lives through professional guidance, education, and strong community support for both participants and their families.
This initiative follows BGaming’s recent acquisition of a licence in Italy in March 2025, highlighting the company’s ongoing efforts to build a sustainable and socially responsible presence in the region.
Alongside its social commitment, BGaming has also introduced a new classification of its gaming portfolio, designed to reflect the studio’s diverse and player-oriented approach. The refreshed structure divides its titles into three key categories: Casual, Classic, and Entertainment.
The Casual category features fast, easy-to-play titles that typically provide shorter playing sessions and high engagement rates. Top performers in this category include hits like Aviamasters
, Plinko, Plinko 2, Balloon Mania, Golden Piñata Hold & Win, and Winter Fishing Club.
The Classic category includes more traditional slot games, featuring classic gameplay mechanics and low to medium volatility. Popular games in this category include Burning Chilli X, Hot Chilli Bells, Lady Wolf Moon, and Fruit Million.
Finally, there is the Entertainment category, featuring high-volatility games characterised by their advanced gameplay features, bonus buy options, and strong appeal to streamers. Headliners in this category include Snoop Dogg Dollars, Merge Up
, Bonanza Billion, Aztec Cluster, Wild West Trueways, and the iconic Elvis Frog series.
Those interested in discussing what BGaming has to offer can visit the company at booth 2049 during SiGMA Rome, which takes place from November 3rd to 6th.
Olga Levshina, CCO at BGaming, said, “Italy is an incredibly important market for us, and we are proud to strengthen our presence here not only through innovative content but also through meaningful action. Our partnership with San Patrignano reflects BGaming’s belief that entertainment and responsibility must go hand in hand.
At the same time, the refreshed game classification provides both our partners and our players with more clarity on what to expect from each game. We are excited to showcase the diversity of BGaming products and meet potential partners at SiGMA Central Europe.”

BGaming releases Bling Blitz Diamond Drop slot
New title builds on Jewel Boom Super Drop with expanded reel view, three bonus modes and ×3,000 max win, according to the supplier
BGaming has launched Bling Blitz Diamond Drop, a new slot released under its #Classic publishing line.
The supplier said the game takes inspiration from its Jewel Boom Super Drop title and incorporates player and streamer feedback, including an extended one-line playing field designed to show each reel spinning in full.
In gameplay, BGaming said collector symbols drive the base game and feed accumulating prizes in the Super Spins bonus. The title carries a maximum win of ×3,000.
Three “diamond-encrusted chests” above the reels each link to a bonus feature, with Colossal Spins triggered when a giant Coin symbol lands and expands across reels. Additional modes include Jackpot Spins and Hold ‘n’ Win Spins, with BGaming stating that multiple bonus games can be triggered at once, including access to features such as the Jackpot Wheel.
Igor Bondarenko, Product Owner of Publishing at BGaming, said, “Jewel Boom Super Drop was a massive success, and with Bling Blitz Diamond Drop, we wanted to further improve on that. Player feedback is an essential part of our development process at BGaming, and it has really helped us shape the new slot.
The enhanced reel view is one of the upgrades brought on by streamer and player comments, while adding new Bonus games and creating the possibility of combined feature triggers is inspired by current market trends.”

BGaming sets 29 May 2026 date for second charity gala in Malta
Event backs DAR Bjorn’s new Respite Centre after €200,000 raised in 2025, with proceeds earmarked for equipment and four resident rooms.
BGaming will stage the second edition of its Charity Gala on 29 May 2026 at The Phoenicia Hotel in Malta, with proceeds directed to DAR Bjorn, the country’s neurological home.
The iGaming supplier said the event follows its inaugural gala, which raised €200,000 in 2025 and helped fund construction of DAR Bjorn’s new Respite Centre. For 2026, BGaming said funds raised will be used to equip the new centre with ventilators, motorized beds, air mattresses, hoist lifters and oxygen concentrators, and to fund four resident rooms for new admissions. The company added that “every euro raised will be allocated directly to DAR Bjorn,” and that BGaming will cover event production costs separately.
DAR Bjorn was founded by Bjorn Formosa, who previously worked in iGaming before being diagnosed with ALS at 28, according to BGaming. The charity currently provides care to around 60 residents across two centres and supports nearly 800 people in the community.
The invitation-only event will be held at the Bastion Pool area of The Phoenicia Hotel. BGaming said it is partnering with Next.io as official media partner, with Joseph Chetcuti set to host. The programme includes live music by Versatile, an art performance and auction by L7Matrix and Gonçalo MAR, and a charity raffle.
Marina Ostrovtsova, Chief Executive Officer at BGaming, said: “Last year’s Gala showed us what is possible when our industry comes together around a shared purpose. Raising €200,000 in a single evening was a remarkable achievement and provided real, tangible support to the people at DAR Bjorn who need it most.
“Returning for a second year with an even greater ambition is something we are incredibly proud of. The funds we raise this year will go toward equipment that directly improves residents’ quality of life. These donations are the difference between comfort and hardship for people living with serious neurological conditions, and we hope both the iGaming community and the wider Maltese community will once again stand with us.”

2026 FIFA World Cup
BGaming signs Júlio César and sets June release for Penalty Duel game
The deal was unveiled at SiGMA South America in Brazil, ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
BGaming has partnered with former Brazil national team goalkeeper Júlio César and will release a new game, Penalty Duel with Júlio César, in June. The company said the collaboration is timed ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The partnership was unveiled at SiGMA South America in Brazil in April, with a contract signing at BGaming’s booth. BGaming said the activation also included an autograph and photo session that drew more than 200 visitors.
BGaming said Penalty Duel with Júlio César is an exclusive “#Casual” title inspired by the goalkeeper. Players take the role of the kicker and aim to land multipliers by scoring goals, with gameplay focused on timing and precision.
The game includes two features the company highlighted: “Chance,” which it said increases the likelihood of triggering the Golden Ball, and a “Buy Bonus” option that unlocks a special round featuring a series of penalty kicks alongside Júlio César in a Rio beach setting.
Kate Pateiko, CMO at BGaming, said, “Júlio César is a true legend of Brazilian football, and we are proud to welcome him as a partner. This collaboration goes far beyond a traditional endorsement, it’s about integrating his legacy directly into the product experience.
With Penalty Duel featuring Júlio César, we are creating a game that feels authentic, culturally relevant, and deeply connected to football passion, especially in Brazil. As we continue to strengthen our presence in LATAM, partnerships like this help us engage new audiences and deliver experiences that truly resonate.
With the 2026 FIFA World Cup on the horizon, the timing makes this launch even more exciting.”
