Work.Live.Play.: a more flexible, engaging and dynamic way of working in SKS365
The Group officially formalizes the new working initiative built in the last 2 years, based on these three pillars
It has been 18 months since the world suddenly found itself facing a dramatic health emergency, that has inevitably revolutionized everyday life. Among the biggest changes that this pandemic has brought with it, is certainly the value of time and the importance of the personal and individual sphere beyond one’s role or job position.
This means for companies that the quality of life of employees has become a competitive asset and a key parameter for reviewing productivity based on people’s satisfaction and safety. This represents the core of the project that today is officially launched within the SKS365 Group offices: Work.Live.Play.
It is a more flexible working model that the company has been developing in the last two years and that the pandemic has further boosted. Work.Live.Play. is not just a choice of the place where to work. Its strength and innovation lie in the personalization of the working routine on the basis of a balance between the needs and requirements of each employee and the function and role he covers within the organization. Work.Live.Play. is a dynamic model that evolves over time, thanks to a constant collection of feedback from employees.

It is a method of differentiation within the company: a more flexible, engaging and dynamic way of working focused on the needs of each individual employee, taking into account wellbeing and safety, allowing people to create a more personal way of working while remaining productive in their roles. Furthermore – continues Dean – it allows us to plan and reorganize office spaces and additional technological requirements for a better work experience.”
No changes to hours per week, no adjustments to salaries, annual leaves and holidays or, least of all of the allowances. “No obstacles – specifies Dean –for people’s careers, no one will be penalized or left behind if he decides to work 100% remotely. We want to encourage people to feel free from outdated bonds and anachronistic dynamics that add nothing to individual productivity or performance. In our internal interviews with the managers and the HR team, we even gave green light to work from abroad or to spend the whole summer with the family, even for those who have decided on 100% office mode. In short, it is not the presence or physical attendance that we are interested in nourishing, but the moral aspect, the motivation and commitment of our employees: this is what we have always been aiming for. We are deeply convinced that a winning approach is based on finding the right balance between work, psychophysical wellbeing and free time. Employee satisfaction and wellbeing lead to higher employee productivity, especially in these times of uncertainty.”

PRAGMATIC PLAY EXTENDS PARTNERSHIP WITH VEGANGSTER
Pragmatic Play, a leading content supplier to the iGaming industry, has expanded its collaboration with renowned iGaming platform provider Vegangster to include Auto Mega Roulette and other popular Roulette titles.

Belatra grows games portfolio with Golden øks title
Belatra Games, the specialist online slots developer, is on point with its latest sharply designed game, Golden øks. This Norse-inspired adventure carries on from the popular Axe of Fortune title that hit the market at the turn of the year.
Golden øks is set against a 5×3 layout and is brought to life with a powerful soundtrack to heighten the atmosphere. Players must complete adjacent ways on the reels to win and there are 243 ways available. Symbols include a line-up of Norse fighters, wooden rönds, overflowing tankards and tree amulets.
A resplendent raven acts as the Wild and can be substituted for each of the symbols aside from the Axe Scatter symbol. Three or more Scatters will trigger the Bonus game and will be played with a maximum of 3000x. Should players find five Scatters, the Golden Axes feature will launch in which players could win up to 9999x. During the base game, there is the +25% to the bet” feature that once activated will automatically increase by 25% – doubling the chance of triggering the bonus
When the Bonus Axes and Golden Axes feature begins, players are faced with four targets set across a snowy plain. Each target is responsible for one digit of the final winning multiplier total. The furthest left target determines the lowest digit, the next targets show the following winning digits. Players must step up to the challenge of throwing the axe at the target to reveal numbers ranging from 0-9. The feature finishes when all targets are hit or when the axe misses or falls short to land in the snow. Each number is accumulated during the feature to reveal the final multiplier total. If targets are not completed, then players can purchase an extra Axe to try to hit the remaining one.
Golden øks has the Buy Bonus option. Those players with enough credit can enter into the standard or special bonus round. There is also the choice to opt for the Mystery 1/5 button that triggers a 1 in 5 chance of winning the Standard or Golden Axes game.
