The tech-forward gaming with the EGT products at ICE 2020

ICE London 2020 is again shaping to be a key show for EGT. The company has designed its 1,200 sq. m stand S4-330 as a mainstage for its most significant product novelties that are expected to fulfil the high expectations for gaming design, technology and performance.

The trendy General slot line of EGT is now extended with seven more models, widening the prospects to be a top choice for operators and players. The new G50 C Up and StG50 J1 Up and St and G50 J2 Up and St feature 50-inch frameless HD monitors all with different display curves, distinguishing EGT as one of the manufacturers with the most diversified portfolio in the field. The models rely on the proven Exciter III platform, stand out with their refined design and picture quality, have a convenient, large keyboard with a touch screen, in-build USB port for fast charging and are easy to service. They are excelling in gaming diversity as well with the General HD multigames Red, Green and Fruits and the Power HD mixes Green, Purple and Fruits. The G55 J1 VIP is on the top of the range with its vast 55-inch curved display. Like the G 55 C VIP, shown at the event last year, the model is coupled with a high-end, adjustable chair – an advantage highly appreciated by the players.

Several single games, accompanying the General slot family, will also call attention to themselves. The Fiery Horn will make the players step outside of their comfort zone and venture into the wilderness of the African savanna. Zebras, elephants, giraffes, buffalos and lions are part of the adventure, as well as the golden chance to win big. It is nailed down with the fiery horn of the rhino – the lucky charm to reach the Grand and Major standalone mystery jackpot levels. The game is of 243 Reel Ways Pay but going deeply into the savanna it may multiply to the astounding 4608 Reel Ways Pay. The additional 6th reel awards free games, respins and game win multipliers.

The Amazons’ Battle Grand meets the players with the daughters of Ares and Harmonia on a quest for the riches of the ancient Greek lands. Each time the Amazons appear on the screen, incredible wins are about to arrive. The game may grant from 7 up to 90 free spins and that bonus is always played on 90 lines. In addition there are Grand and Major standalone mystery jackpot levels, which can be won with any bet at any time.

The Dragons’ Realm opens the gates to a faraway land where a princess has the power to tame four mighty dragons. They rule over the earth, water, air and fire, but also are the key to 4 jackpot levels – Mini, Minor, Major and Grand. The storyline unfolds with 5 reels, 4 positions, 40 fixed lines, beautiful graphics and numerous surprises.

The Princess Cash is about four gorgeous nobilities – the princesses of Asia. Each has mastered the art to satiate the taste for good fortune, leading to a jackpot of 4 levels. The games’ 5 reels, 4 positions and 40 fixed lines show the way to an exceptional experience, especially when one of the royalties pays a visit on a full screen or the pick-up bonus sets off.

New jackpots are also about to take the hearts of the ICE London audience by storm. The latest development of EGT is of 4 mystery progressive levels that may add more thrill to the General, Power and Collection multigames. The path to their riches is the bonus game that activates randomly and leads to a pick-up field of 12 shiny, golden coins. Revealing their head sides and matching three of the same kind, guarantees the happy ending. The jackpot may be housed in both General and Premier slot cabinets.

The 5-level progressive Sands Princess has now new games in its mix and the widely favored Asian-themed Dragon’s Turn will be teamed up with the latest G 50 C Up cabinet – the mighty dragon looks like real on the 50-inch curved display. The good news with EGT doesn’t seem to end – on site will also be the new Jackpot Cards jackpot, presented with some General cabinets, having on top the impressive LED signs of the company. The product is now available also with the Premier slot line and the Rainbow jackpot panel and connects the slot and roulette games of EGT in a joint race for the winning.

In a dedicated AWP area of the stand a highlight will be the developments for the Spanish B2 market – the P-24/24 AWP Up cabinet with the Orange Collection Saloon of 24 games and the automated roulette of 6 player stations, each with a 27-inch widescreen LCD-TFT touch monitor. The guests from the Netherlands will be welcomed with the P-27/27 AWP St, housing the Orange Collection mix of 12 titles and the visitors from Romania will be able to test the P-27/27 St Slim slot model with the Fruits Collection AWP of 48 diverse games.

The VLT team of EGT takes pride in their latest Multicolor Collection mix as it enables the operator to change the main theme color of the select game screen, to choose the participating titles in the multigame and to arrange their positions on the screen – features that tailor the product to a wide variety of tastes and requirements.

The Spider CMS division have kept its promise to further enhance their casino management software, adding more value for the customers. The recently released TITO, Cashless, Bonusing and Player Tracking modules are invaluable assistants in the management of the gaming halls, increasing as well their players’ overall gaming satisfaction.

ICE London 2020 will primarily be an event full of product debuts for EGT, as well as for its subsidiaries EGT Multiplayer and EGT Interactive, which will share the same display, showcasing numerous new multiplayer and iGaming solutions. All visitors will be pleased to find that the EGT family has many and varied ways to make their gaming projects happen with ease and pleasure.

Play’n GO has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, framing the year as a milestone as the supplier marks 20 years in the gaming industry. The report covers performance across four pillars—Players, Partners, People and Planet—and positions sustainability as tied to product design, operations, and partner expectations.

On climate reporting, the company said it has “achieved and exceeded” its long-term 90% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and reported a 69% absolute reduction in Scope 3 emissions versus its 2023 base year. Play’n GO also said its total material emissions for 2025 were kept below 500 MTCO2e.

The report also points to a move into land-based delivery. In 2025, Play’n GO said it launched its first land-based gaming solution in partnership with Genting UK, positioning the rollout as part of a “player-first, low-footprint approach” for regulated venues.

On responsible entertainment, the company said it continues to reject game mechanics it believes “compromise player trust or wellbeing,” and highlighted participation in discussions on digital wellbeing and cognitive health, including at the United Nations and G7. “We have always believed that great entertainment should be fun, safe and fair,” said Vanessa Björkbacka, Director of CSR at Play’n GO.

The report also outlines internal development and reporting infrastructure. Play’n GO said 43% of employees engaged in AI-related learning during 2025 and that average training time exceeded seven hours per employee globally. It added that reporting was further aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and World Economic Forum Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics, alongside investment in “secure, AI-supported carbon data management.” “As expectations on transparency and accountability continue to rise, we see it as our responsibility to lead,” Björkbacka added.

Casino Guru’s Complaint Resolution Center (CRC) published 3,986 complaints in Q1 2026 and says it resolved 1,321 cases, returning $5,304,894 to players during the quarter.

Casino Guru said March was one of the CRC’s most active months on record, with the second-highest number of published complaints to date. The company added that ongoing cases exceeded 1,300, pointing to rising demand for third-party dispute mediation.

By volume, the most active complaint markets were Germany (657), the United Kingdom (270), Canada (240), Italy (207) and Australia (194), according to the CRC update.

Delayed payments remained the most common player-reported issue. Casino Guru also reported a March shift in complaint mix, with self-exclusion-related complaints rising to the second most frequent category for the first time in CRC history. KYC-related issues and blocked accounts were also among the most common complaint types, often linked to withdrawal delays.

Casino Guru said the quarter’s results reflect the increasing role of independent mediation as players look to third-party platforms to resolve disputes.

RubyPlay launches Firerose studio for operator-specific casino games

RubyPlay has launched Firerose, a new studio aimed at building operator-specific casino game experiences, as suppliers and operators push for more branded content to stand out in crowded markets.

The company said Firerose is designed to let operators combine RubyPlay’s existing game catalogue with the studio’s technology and creative resources, using operator-led insight to shape games around an operator’s brand identity rather than standardised supplier content.

RubyPlay said Superbet is among the first operators to launch Firerose-powered titles. The supplier did not disclose game names or specific performance figures, but said early results showed “strong engagement metrics”.

Firerose becomes part of RubyPlay’s multi-studio structure alongside Koala Games, Mad Hat Games, Ruby Studio, and Xslots, which the company said share technology, infrastructure and distribution.

Dima Reiderman , Chief Commercial Officer at RubyPlay, said: ”Firerose represents a deliberate shift in how we think about content creation and partnership. The market is no longer driven solely by volume, but by identity. Operators want experiences that feel native to their brand and help them clearly differentiate in increasingly competitive casino environments.”

Dr. Eyal Loz, CPO at RubyPlay, added: “Firerose was created to put the operator’s voice at the centre of the creative process. Every game starts with their brand, their audience and their story, and our role is to bring that to life through the full weight of RubyPlay’s creative capabilities.

“We’re shaping experiences that players immediately associate with the operator itself. That level of ownership is what allows operators to stand out in increasingly crowded casino environments.”
