Betcris official sponsor of Ceará and Fortaleza, big clubs in the Northeast of Brazil
Betcris continues to prove itself as the leading sports betting and online gaming operator in Latin America and has set itself the goal of partnering with the leading sports organizations in the region. It is already a sponsor of several sports teams in Latin America, as well as an official sponsor of the NFL and MLB for the area, and as a market leader, the alliances do not end there. This 2022, Betcris started presenting new strategic alliances in Mexico and Peru, but the news only increases. Betcris and the Ceará and Fortaleza clubs have signed agreements that place the company as the official sponsor of the clubs.
This alliance between Betcris with Ceará and Fortaleza confirms the betting company’s commitment to the Brazilian market where it is already present with its brand ambassadors: Ronaldinho Gaúcho and Natalia Gutlier.
Betcris offers online services in 15 countries, on 3 continents, as well as face-to-face service in locations throughout Latin America. Its customer service approach, competitive betting lines and fast payments are some of the advantages that make Betcris the preferred site for those looking to bet on sports and casinos, safely and reliably.
The Brazilian teams come to the Betcris family at a great moment: in addition to being the only ones from the Northeast region to play the First Division of the 2022 Brazilian Championship, they are in international tournaments. Fortaleza will debut in the Libertadores and Ceará will try once again for the Copa Suramericana title.
Angelo Alberoni, Country Manager of Betcris in Brazil indicated that “Betcris is a leader in Latin America and there is nothing more natural than sponsoring two Brazilian soccer giants. With sponsorships in our DNA, we chose to be in Ceará and Fortaleza because of the greatness of both and the strength that represents the Northeast. It will be the first sponsorship of the brand in Brazil and, together with the strongest teams in the Northeast, Betcris will bring to the Brazilian public and, in particular, to the Northeast, its extensive experience in sports betting, which places it in the leadership of the segment in Latin America”.
For his part, Lavor Neto, Director of Marketing and Communication of Ceará, highlighted that: “This partnership comes at an opportune moment. We are talking about the union between a brand with more than 20 years of leadership in the countries where it operates, a football club with 108 years of history and a committed public. It is not surprising that we are a reference in a partner program in the North and Northeast. As we prepare for a South American Cup, we become mutual collaborators with the aim of developing both the Betcris brand in Latin America, as well as Northeast and Brazilian football as a whole.”
Marcelo Paz, president of Fortaleza, also added that “We are very happy with the agreement with Betcris. The Commercial Department has been working to find agreements with more brand exposure in our club, generating great identification with our fans and the market. And Betcris comes to fill this space for three years. It is a considerable sponsorship, an international team brand, which believes in the strength of Ceará soccer, in the strength of Fortaleza, to promote its product. And we, as we always seek to do with our sponsors, more than exposure, we want to activate, generate good business, make the brand feel more and more satisfied when wearing the Fortaleza shirt. We are happy. May it be very beneficial for both parties.”
Betcris is proud of its multiple sponsorships in the region. They are considered an integral part of the operator’s commitment to promote a unified sports gaming industry throughout Latin America. As it continues to expand into new countries in the region, it is actively seeking new sponsorships and partnerships that can further enhance that commitment.
The Ceará and the Fortaleza, join the Betcris family, along with the MLB, NFL, Mexico National Team, Ecuador National Team and a series of clubs and leagues of great importance in the world of sports.

Gaming Corps goes live with bet365 in Alberta on day one of regulated market
Gaming Corps has launched its online casino content with bet365 in Alberta on the first day of the province’s regulated market opening on 13 July 2026, while also expanding its content distribution with the operator in Ontario and Spain.
The Sweden-based game developer said it is among the first wave of studios fully certified for Alberta’s newly regulated market. Gaming Corps will support bet365’s Alberta entry with more than 50 games at launch, spanning Slots, Table, Plinko, Mine Games and Instant Blitz.
As part of the expanded partnership, Gaming Corps said bet365 will also gain access to its football-themed titles, including Penalty Champion: Goals to Glory, and its 3 Pigs franchise, including 3 Pigs of Olympus, 3 Pigs of Olympus 2: Rise of the DemiHog, and 3 Pigs of the Caribbean.
The rollout also includes Gaming Corps’ Low RTP Blackjack titles, which the company said are designed around 93.57% RTP and approximately 6% operator hold, with flexible branding options and side-bet mechanics.
Graham Greensmith, Chief Commercial Officer at Gaming Corps, said: “Extending our partnership with bet365 across Spain, Ontario and Alberta is a major moment for Gaming Corps, but Alberta is the real statement here. Going live with bet365 from day one reflects the work our teams have put into certification, onboarding and ensuring we can move quickly and confidently with major operator partners.
“As one of the earliest studios ready for Alberta, we’ll be bringing more than 50 titles to the province. That breadth matters, because it gives operators like bet365 a single partner across multiple verticals, with content designed to support acquisition, engagement and retention across different player segments. Spain and Ontario are also important regulated markets for us and expanding with a global operator of this scale highlights how far Gaming Corps has come in a short period of time.”
Richard Graham, Associate VP of Gaming at bet365at bet365 said: “Gaming Corps has become a valuable content partner, combining recognisable game identities with formats that add variety across our casino offering. We are pleased to extend the partnership into Spain, Ontario and Alberta, with the Alberta launch particularly important as part of our day-one commitment to the market.
“Expanding the relationship across multiple territories in a relatively short period reflects the strength of the collaboration, as well as the Gaming Corps team’s clear product direction, commitment and continued development as a game vendor. We look forward to giving players access to a wide-ranging portfolio from the moment the market opens.”
