BetMGM Sportsbook Featuring Nation Kitchen & Bar Coming to The Banks in Cincinnati This Fall
BetMGM, in partnership with the Cincinnati Reds, announced the relocation of the BetMGM Sportsbook at Great American Ball Park to The Banks in downtown Cincinnati. The sportsbook will feature the city’s fourth Nation Kitchen & Bar, a full-service restaurant.
The BetMGM Sportsbook will be located at the corner of Second Street and Joe Nuxhall Way in the area formerly occupied by Galla Park. The new sportsbook will feature a restaurant open to all ages, along with a sportsbook open to patrons 21 and older. Patrons will have access to several betting windows, along with self-service kiosks surrounded by televisions playing live sports action. Additionally, the book will be open on non-game days.
“We are thrilled to expand BetMGM’s offering in Ohio. The Reds and Nation Kitchen & Bar are great partners and together we’re building a premier entertainment venue that we can’t wait to see filled with fans,” Matt Prevost, Chief Revenue Officer at BetMGM, said.
BetMGM became the Official Sports Betting Partner of the Cincinnati Reds as part of a multi-year agreement announced last October in advance of Ohio’s launch of legalized sports betting.
Doug Healy, Chief Financial Officer of Cincinnati Reds, said: “Bringing BetMGM and Nation Kitchen & Bar together adds another exciting destination to our vibrant downtown. This Nation Kitchen & Bar brings best-in-class food service from one of Cincinnati’s best eateries and BetMGM brings best in sports gaming experience.”
Nation’s new location follows successful launches in Pendleton, Westwood, and Milford. The restaurant features an award-winning brunch offering guests a variety of dishes, including its burger at the core of the menu.
Nation Partner Andrew Salzbrun said: “Our hospitality team is honored to bring our award-winning burgers and dining experience to The Banks this fall with BetMGM. We look forward to hosting fans of sport and food alike in the city’s premier sports viewing environment at the footstep of Great American Ball Park. As with all our locations: All ‘Nations’ are welcome, except Carrie!”
The existing BetMGM Sportsbook at Great American Ball Park will remain open throughout Fall 2023.
