ODDSJAM NAMES INDUSTRY VETERANS NOAH SZUBSKI, MATT RESTIVO TO NEWLY-FORMED ADVISORY BOARD
OddsJam announced today that it has named sports betting executives Noah Szubski and Matt Restivo to its newly-formed Advisory Board.
The longtime industry veterans will support co-founders Alex Monahan and Ankit Goyal as part of OddsJam’s continued growth as a comprehensive cross-channel media company in the sports betting space.
“Like all new and evolving companies, we’ve done our best to adapt to consumer needs, which in our case has been placing an emphasis on the creation of engaging and data-driven content for all types of sports bettors,” said Monahan. “Suffice to say those efforts will be greatly strengthened by Noah and Matt, both of whom are steeped in the ins and outs of building and scaling digital businesses.”
Szubski and Restivo each possess a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, including time spent together as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer of The Action Network.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled to help Ankit, Alex and the OddsJam team on their journey,” said Szubski. “The OddsJam approach to product ideation and editorial content leveraging their real-time data-driven insight is a welcomed breath of fresh air in the sports betting industry.”
“The growth that the platform has seen since 2021 truly speaks for itself,” added Restivo. “I have been incredibly impressed with Ankit and Alex’s ability to productize intelligent sports betting. Their ability to ingest data from sportsbooks in real-time is a true technical differentiator.”
A seasoned executive, advisor and early-stage investor, Szubski boasts over 15 years of experience building, operating and monetizing digital businesses at scale across multiple D2C verticals, including sports betting. He previously served as Chief Product Officer for the Daily Mail and Vice President, Digital for Playboy.
Restivo has extensive experience growing subscription businesses at scale – from streaming to D2C to sports betting – and spent much of his 14-year career building product experiences for the likes of ESPN and BAMTECH before co-founding Lucky Trader, a Web3 company, in 2022.
The two executives represent the first members of OddsJam’s Advisory Board.
