GrooveGaming keep it simple with new SimplePlay foray
Aggregator GrooveGaming has been busy looking for new and interesting content to offer the market, particularly as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to hit major markets, so it was no surprise that the aggregator selected SimplePlay to add to GrooveGaming’s already considerable armory.
SimplePlay is a budding software developer with a ready-made inventory of over 40 top online slots and gambling games already proving popular in Asia. SimplePlay house, develop and distribute slots games on behalf of partner SA Gaming. Popular titles include Angels & Demons, Zeus, Pigsy, Double-Happiness and Fortune Lion.
Alongside the established slots titles is a range of top-quality fish games, popular on the Asian market and attracting attention across the wider online gambling industry too. SimplePlay slots are linked to three progressive jackpots. Each game adds to a share of the Mini, Minor and Major jackpot totals, which can be won at random by any player.
GrooveGaming has frequently hit the headlines over the past couple of years as the aggregator of choice for a host of big industry names including EveryMatrix, iGP, Digitain, Microgaming, Alea and Quickfire, amongst others.
GrooveGaming has numerous live dealer titles amongst its on-demand live content and classy games including live roulette, baccarat, blackjack and live dedicated tables, all of which have been generating significant interest in the last couple of weeks due to the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, its virtual sports offering includes virtual football, tennis, horse-racing, cycling and greyhound racing, with virtual Euro basketball and cricket coming to the rapidly-expanding aggregator soon.
The surge in demand for live content has followed the curtailing of live sports worldwide due to COVID-19 and the closing of land-based casinos in numerous jurisdictions across the world. As a result, entertainment is now being offered in the form of live content and virtual sports to operators striving to meet player demand.
Created with the aim of easy and fast content delivery for the igaming industry, GrooveGaming is well placed with a robust live content range that encompasses some of the world’s leading live content and virtual sports brands, including LEAP Gaming, TVBET, VIVO Gaming, Lucky Streak, Super Spade, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming and Ezugi, amongst others.
GrooveGaming’s powerful platform includes over 4000 casino games as well as a wealth of aggregated content ranging from slots, online casino and live casino, to poker and table games, that operators can access via easy integration to drive player engagement and revenue.
A major reason why GrooveGaming is becoming the aggregator of choice around the world is that GrooveGaming is powered by technology innovation which provides operators with the ability to activate a range of features that enhance customer experience and engagement, improve retention, encourage extended play and produce a higher yield.
GrooveGaming has significantly grown its presence throughout the last two years across key global markets and important regulated jurisdictions through partnerships with major online gambling operators. This latest signing with SimplePlay highlights the attractiveness of GrooveGaming’s portfolio with operators and players alike.
A spokesperson for SimplePlay said: “We’re delighted to be joining the world’s fastest-growing aggregator and it enables us to offer our casino slots and innovative fishing games to even more operators. GrooveGaming has the kind of profile and market presence that allows us to take a significant step.”
Yahale Meltzer, COO at GrooveGaming said: “SimplePlay has a relatively short history in the industry nonetheless our partnership will be hugely beneficial for both companies. We’re thrilled to be able to offer SimplePlay’s unique content to our extensive network of partners. There is significant demand from leading operators for our rapidly-growing content portfolio which just keeps getting better and better on the back of deals like these.”

Midnite signs as Middlesbrough FC principal partner for 2026/27 season
Midnite has agreed a partnership with Middlesbrough FC that will see the UK bookmaker become the club’s principal partner and front-of-shirt sponsor for the 2026/27 campaign, which Middlesbrough describes as its landmark 150th season.
The companies announced the deal alongside a fan activation at Riverside Stadium on Thursday, July 9, branded “This Season’s On Us”. The initiative offered supporters prizes including 2026/27 season tickets, 2026/27 shirts, match tickets, or a £25 club shop voucher, with fans required to answer Middlesbrough trivia and complete a football challenge.
Middlesbrough former players Craig Hignett and David Wheater attended the event, and, according to the company, took bonus attempts on behalf of participants who missed out.
Andrew Mook, Midnite’s Head of Brand Marketing, said:
“Middlesbrough have a storied history and we’re delighted to announce this partnership during such a monumental year with the club celebrating their 150th anniversary.

“We can’t wait to get to Riverside Stadium in August to kick-off a new season and we’re excited to say that we have plenty of new and captivating campaigns planned.”
Lee Fryett, Middlesbrough FC Chief Commercial Officer, added:

ThrillTech secures AGCO supplier licence for Ontario launch
ThrillTech has been awarded a Gaming-Related Supplier licence by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), clearing the company to launch in Ontario’s regulated market.
The licence allows ThrillTech to deploy its opt-in side bet jackpots technology with regulated online casino, sports betting and lottery operators across the province.
Benjamin Bradtke, Co-Founder of ThrillTech, said: “Securing our AGCO licence is a major step in our mission to transform how jackpots are delivered at scale across regulated markets. This latest certification is testament to our robust technology and trusted compliance frameworks, allowing us to continue our global growth trajectory. We are thrilled to bring our proven, compliant jackpot technology to Ontario, empowering locally licensed operators to uplift revenue without cannibalising existing spend.”
The company said its “ThrillPots” mechanics sit as an independent, player-funded side bet and do not alter the underlying game’s return-to-player mathematics.
ThrillTech said the Ontario approval enables its existing multinational partners that also operate in the province to launch its side bet jackpots locally, while it also holds talks with potential new operator partners. The company lists its regulated footprint as including the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Malta, Gibraltar, Brazil and Peru.

The company said its ThrillPots product lets operators add player-funded, opt-in side-bet jackpots on top of existing games, without changing gameplay or the underlying return-to-player (RTP) calculations. ThrillTech positions the mechanic as a way to drive incremental engagement and revenue.
ThrillTech said the Ontario licence enables existing multinational partners that also operate in the province to roll out ThrillTech-powered jackpots locally, and added it is in discussions with potential new operator partners. The company listed other regulated jurisdictions it serves as the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Malta, Gibraltar, Brazil, and Peru.
