High 5 Casino receives MGA approval
Social casino enters the RMG market and launches on the company’s new Vault platform featuring Brain with Benefits technology
High 5 Games, the world’s largest independent casino games provider, has been granted a B2C licence Type 1 by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), marking High 5 Casino’s approval to enter the real money gaming market.
The new online casino will launch on H5G’s proprietary iGaming platform, Vault, which is embedded with innovations that the company envisions will define the future of online and mobile gaming.
Vault incorporates the New York developer’s Brain with Benefits technology that monitors players in real time and at all stages of the customer lifecycle, and is set to revolutionise the whole user journey with a truly personalised experience.
The Brain, named Oracle, sits in the cloud and the machine learns player behaviour. Oracle is present and monitors:
- Promotions and bonus management system
- CRM and data segmentation
- Content management
- Player account management
The Benefits, personalised events, are then triggered automatically by Oracle’s Brain, both seamlessly and in real time, across the platform and games. These can range from small surprise game features to fully adaptive content libraries and user journeys.
This technology is based on Google’s artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks. The technology from Google, a long-term iGaming partner of H5G, has been successfully used across High 5 Casino in the social casino world, as well as the company’s range of tentpole games, and will soon be rolled out across platform level and all games.
Vault platform is developed from H5G’s social casino, which is enjoyed by millions of players worldwide. Soon available for real money play, High 5 Casino will feature High 5 Games’ full portfolio of games, as well as a range of titles from leading third-party providers.
The Vault platform will also be made available to operators and platform providers, with the company exhibiting its technology at ICE London 2020 at Booth N1-421.
Anthony Singer, CEO of High 5 Games, said: “We’re really excited to be launching High 5 Casino into the real money gaming market. Vault with our Brain with Benefits technology is set to bring forth the next generation of online and mobile.
“Oracle the brain will be present at ICE London 2020, head to our booth to learn more about how this new technology will cleverly bring a new unprecedented gaming experience.”
High 5 Games will be demonstrating its full portfolio of products and services at Booth N1-421, between 4-6 February at ICE London 2020, London ExCeL.

eCOGRA Approved to Operate in Arizona, Indiana and Panama
eCOGRA, a leading international authority in Testing, Inspection and Certification services for the iGaming industry, has secured new regulatory approvals across three key jurisdictions: Arizona, Indiana and Panama. With these developments, eCOGRA strengthens its position in the U.S. and Latin American markets, offering excellence in compliance through their Quality, Speed, and Service promise.
This strategic expansion allows eCOGRA to conduct independent compliance audits and certification services in each region, addressing the growing demand for rigorous regulatory oversight in the fast-evolving global iGaming industry.
Securing approval in Arizona, where eCOGRA has now been licensed as an Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier, enables the International Testing Laboratory (ITL) to audit event wagering licensees in line with Arizona’s expanding regulatory landscape. Indiana, which introduced online sports betting in September 2019, has authorised eCOGRA to perform regulatory compliance audits, providing licensed operators with crucial assurance in meeting the state’s high standards.
In Panama, the Board of Gaming Control officially recognised eCOGRA as an Authorised Entity for Compliance Certification, specifically for slot machines and gaming software. This endorsement reinforces eCOGRA’s role as a trusted partner for operators seeking to meet stringent regulatory requirements in Latin America’s emerging iGaming sector.
“Our recent approvals in Indiana, Arizona, and Panama underline our dedication to continually expand our offering, to support our growing portfolio of clients with their global growth plans. We are committed to ensuring that we bring the same quality, speed and service that marks us out to both our clients and regulators in these dynamic markets,” said Will Shuckburgh, Group CEO of eCOGRA.
Bradley Khoury, Chief Technology Officer at eCOGRA, said: “Securing licensure as an Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier in Arizona and an Authorised Entity in Panama underscores our dedication to supporting responsible and sustainable iGaming operations. We are committed to driving trust and accountability within the industry by providing compliance solutions that uphold the highest standards.”

Danish Gambling Authority Opens Applications for Land-based Bingo Licences
The Danish Gambling Authority has officially opened applications for land-based bingo licences under the country’s new regulatory framework.
The licences will be valid from 1 January 2025 for applicants who meet the required conditions and submit complete applications by 10 December 2024.
