Golden Whale names Jaime Ocampo Managing Director, Asia
Former Kochava, DeNA and EA executive to lead Asia-Pacific commercial growth and regional strategy.
Golden Whale has appointed Jaime Ocampo as Managing Director, Asia, as the company pushes deeper into the Asia-Pacific iGaming market.
Ocampo will lead commercial growth and regional strategy across the region, with a focus on supporting operators adopting “continuously learning models” for decisioning across engagement and incentives, the company said.
He brings more than 20 years of experience across digital technology, gaming and data-driven growth, and has held senior roles at Kochava, DeNA, Funstage GmbH and Electronic Arts.

GameOn appoints Fana Colette as Senior Social Media Manager
GameOn has appointed Fana Colette as Senior Social Media Manager, as the B2B marketing agency expands its social media service capabilities.
Colette joins from Gambling.com Group, where GameOn said she helped grow social pages to “tens of thousands of followers,” combining creative storytelling with commercial objectives.
GameOn positioned the hire as a response to increasing demand for social media strategy across iGaming operators, suppliers and affiliates looking to differentiate in a crowded market. The company said Colette will add senior oversight to structured, audience-focused content planning.
In the role, Colette will work with GameOn’s existing clients and lead social media strategy for new accounts, according to the company.

Behind The Gloves forms Advisory Board to scale beyond event activations
Behind The Gloves has formed an official Advisory Board as it moves from event-led activations to what it describes as a scalable, long-term business and community.
The board includes Michael Brady, Founder and Chairman of Bede Gaming and Chairman of Connexus Group; Rob Fell, CEO of RiskCherry; and Katie Byers, former SVP of People and Capability at Light & Wonder.
According to the organisation, the appointments are intended to support expansion into new verticals including corporate wellness programmes, brand partnerships and future digital products.
Behind The Gloves said it plans to continue operating as a “business for good” by reinvesting a portion of profits into community initiatives and charitable causes.
