CashMagnet Strengthens its Presence in UK and Finland with New Acquisitions

CashMagnet, the operator of online casino affiliate site Mr-Gamble, has been on a major acquisition spree as part of efforts to grow its roster of brands in core markets and to enter new gaming verticals.

The Malta-based company has acquired domains, including Nettikasinot-ilman-rekisteröitymistä.com, Nettikasino-ilman-rekisteröitymistä, as well as websites UKBingoSites.co.uk and DailyCasinoBonus.co.uk, strengthening its position in both Finland and the UK where its Mr-Gamble brand is considered a market leader.

CashMagnet has migrated the acquired brands to its proprietary content management system which has been designed to allow the company to add sites to its roster of brands quickly and easily, and then manage them from a single platform.

“Having quickly established Mr-Gamble as a leading online casino comparison site in key markets such as the UK, Finland and the USA, we are now in a position to drive growth through M&A and that is what we have done with these acquisitions. Each brand was chosen as it provides us with an opportunity to strengthen our position in the UK or Finland and with UKBingoSites enter the bingo vertical for the first time,” Tero Päivärinta, Head of Accounts at CashMagnet, said.

“By migrating these sites to our proprietary content management system, we can bring them up to the same level as Mr-Gamble in terms of content, user experience and the number of brands that we have listed on each site. In doing so, we will be able to unlock the full potential of each brand,” he added.

DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) has appointed Stephane Henault – formerly of Light & Wonder, Scientific Games and Bally’s – as its new director of technical services.

The newly created role comes amid pending deals for DRG that will see it expand in Latin America and Africa.
