Coloured coins provide bonus boosters in Evoplay’s latest release Cat’s Blessing
Evoplay, the award-winning game development studio, offers players seven variants of the Bonus Game in its Asian-inspired release Cat’s Blessing.
A 5×3 grid is adorned with a range of Japanese symbols including fans, lanterns, and money trees as well as wilds to help form winning lines. Purple, red and green coins can also appear, which are collected by a corresponding-coloured cat which sits atop the board.
The Hold and Win Bonus Game can be triggered at random by one or more coloured coins, each activating a unique modifier depending on the coin that initiates the feature. During this bonus round, players have the chance to win instant cash prizes and up to four jackpot tiers, awarding up to 6,000x the total bet.
If the purple coin triggers the Bonus Game, it increases the value of up to four symbols in the Hold and Win game by up to 10x. The red coin introduces an additional bonus field to the Bonus Game, which operates simultaneously yet independently from the main Hold and Win game. Meanwhile, the green coin extends the round by granting four spins instead of the usual three.
The Bonus Game can be activated by multiple coins at once, bringing the respective Hold and Win modifier into play and creating even bigger wins.
Cat’s Blessing marks the latest Evoplay title to utilise the popular Bonus Buy feature, which allows players in certain jurisdictions to purchase access to the Hold and Win game with one, two or three of the boosters activated.
Ivan Kravchuk, CEO at Evoplay, said: “Cat’s Blessing introduces exciting new features to the player-favourite Hold and Win Bonus Game, enhancing both the thrill and the potential for big wins.
“The addition of the coin collect mechanic intensifies the gameplay, delivering a more engaging and immersive experience that keeps players entertained for longer.”
