Reflex Gaming, an omnichannel supplier of gambling games, has once again teamed up with Yggdrasil, a leading iGaming publisher on the launch of Diamond Miner DuoMax™, utilising a powerful Game Engagement Mechanic (GEM) to offer precious prizes.

A cascading slot that modifies its reels for win potential, the latest release places players in a deep, dark mine where the only lights shining are the glittering gemstones in the reflection of the miner’s lantern.

Cascading wins are available across 243 ways and the title also features a free spins round that boasts not only a TNT reel modifier but also the latest outing for Yggdrasil’s popular GEM, DuoMax.

This explosive potential blasts throughout the gameplay with two-win multiplier trails, one for left-to-right wins and one for right-to-left. Each cascade progresses the relevant trail, increasing the win multiplier.

During free spins, the multiplier trails do not reset in between spins, leading to potentially huge win multipliers.

The Golden Bet feature can also be activated at a cost of an extra x0.5 of the base stake, making free spins occur more frequently. When this feature is activated, it changes the Big Blast Bonus trail from four to three segments, resulting in more frequent cascade bonuses.

Last, but not least is the Big Blast Bonus, the standout feature. In the base game, every four consecutive dropdowns trigger a Big Blast Bonus. Players randomly get one of the following:

  • Multiplier Boost – both multipliers are boosted by +x10, and this will be applied to the next dropdown if there is a win
  • Double Wild – fills two empty positions with wild symbols
  • Wild Stack – six wilds are added to one reel at random. Three are immediately visible, three are stacked above
  • Extra Life – clears the grid (except wilds or scatter) on a non-winning dropdown, giving another chance to win.
