Collect your sword and prepare for the pit in Play’n GO’s latest action slot, Game of Gladiators: Uprising, the follow-up to their 2019 title, Game of Gladiators.

Follow Spartacus as he embarks on a battle for freedom and fortune. Pitted against the fearsome Bellica by the evil Emperor Gaius only one gladiator will leave the ring victorious.

As you follow Spartacus into battle, he equips himself with useful features to turn the tide of battle.

Gladiators Oath is trigged when a Scatter or Wild lands, which can cause Re-Spins with a corresponding fighter upping a player’s potential tenfold!

The three characters have unique abilities that affect the reels. This means when you land a Spartacus, Bellica or Emperor Scatter, the paylines will adapt to each fighter’s play style.

Landing two gladiators on the reels trigger the Free Spins round. The Free Spins are capped at a whopping 100 spins and are weighted on a fighter’s health bar so the Free Spins continue until the gladiator is defeated.

Potential is upped by the Guess the Victor feature also. This is triggered if a player accurately predicts which fighter wins their scuffle during Free Spins. Guessing correctly will up a player’s net potential 5x over.

These features demonstrate Play’n GO’s innate ability to toe features with narrative to create a truly immersive experience for the player.

Game of Gladiators: Uprising and other Play’n GO battle-themed titles such as Divine Showdown (2019), Wild Trigger (2022) and their more recent title Clash of Camelot (2022) show Play’n GO’s dedication to its dynamic character animations and combative visuals.

Head of Game Retention at Play’n GO, George Olekszy said:

“This slot is all about action! We want players to feel like Spartacus when they’re playing with the unique fighting features for our three characters.”

“Our Guess the Victor feature is next level. It really ties into the narrative as it sees two fighters go head-to-head for a prize. If you’re not paying attention, you might think you’ve stumbled into the gladiator pit yourself.”
