Online casino software supplier Tom Horn Gaming has revealed its latest cutting-edge title, Book of Ba. The Secret of the Netherworld.

Players are invited to journey across the dark world of the Egyptian netherworld, a bleak intersection between the realms of the dead and the living. To succeed on this quest, players must join their forces with a bird-like creature Ba that helps them find the Book of Ba that opens the doors to a host of features and big wins.

The base game of this slot is enhanced with the Shatter mode, in which new winning symbols explode on the reels to make room for new winning combinations. A maximum count of reels shattered is 4 and each shatter round increases the multiplier up to x4, helping players to amass some nice wins.

Players can end up with even larger payouts when three Book symbols land on the reels as they trigger 10 free spins with a special expanding symbol chosen at random. This special symbol doesn’t necessarily have to appear on adjoining reels and can pop up on any of the five spinning reels. As in the base game, the multiplier rises with each free spin up to x4.
