Microgaming teases new Game of Thrones® online slot coming in 2020
Microgaming has announced plans to unveil a new Game of Thrones® branded online slot later this year.
The deal builds on a successful branded relationship with HBO that was penned six years ago when Microgaming launched its first Game of Thrones branded slot game in 2014.
Marked for release later this year, Game of Thrones™ Power Stacks™ will feature some of the leading characters and personalities from the hit HBO® series Game of Thrones, ready to lead players on a new pursuit for rewards through the world of Westeros. The branded slot is being developed by Slingshot Studios, an independent studio that is providing innovative, high-quality content exclusively for Microgaming.
Taking global mainstream audiences by storm, Game of Thrones is one of the most popular entertainment brands in the world. The genre-defining TV series has netted hundreds of award nominations and wins, including 160 Primetime Emmy® Award nominations with 59 wins, and seven Golden Globe Award nominations with one win.
The eighth season of the show reached phenomenal status, with the season finale being watched by 19.3 million viewers across all HBO platforms. The series has given rise to a number of officially licensed products, including the immensely popular slot game by Microgaming, available in both 243 ways and 15 lines.

Betsul to take 1,000 bettors to “Fight Music Show 8” activation

Between betting, adrenaline, and major fights, Betsul is preparing another experience designed to place its customers at the center of “Fight Music Show 8” (FMS 8).
As an official sponsor of the event, the company, a reference in online betting since 2019, has launched a special promotion that will take customers to one of the most anticipated nights in the sports entertainment calendar.
To participate, users must place a minimum bet of R$100 on one of the official fight card matches and complete their ticket by the 27th.
The promotion is valid for the first 500 participants, who will receive a pair of tickets for FMS 8, taking place on May 30 at Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu in São Paulo.
In addition, Betsul will be present at the event with interactive activations, including a punch machine and giveaways throughout the program.

Aviator Studio has secured a further legal victory in Brazil after São Paulo courts rejected additional injunction requests filed by SPRIBE in proceedings involving Aviator Studio directly.
Importantly, the latest rulings concern the direct legal dispute between Aviator Studio and SPRIBE itself, separate from the previously reported proceedings involving Foggo Entertainment and Betnacional.
Having already confirmed consecutive victories in Brazil connected to Foggo Entertainment, Aviator Studio has now confirmed that courts in São Paulo also ruled in its favour across both judicial instances of the proceedings.
In each case, the courts refused to grant the urgent measures sought by SPRIBE. As a result, Aviator Studio and its partners can continue operating while the broader AVIATOR trademark dispute progresses through the evidentiary phase.
The decisions add to a growing series of courtroom setbacks for SPRIBE in Brazil and further strengthen Aviator Studio’s legal position in the connected proceedings tied to the AVIATOR dispute as related proceedings continue across multiple jurisdictions.
Commenting on the development, representatives from Aviator Studio said: “These outcomes continue to confirm a clear judicial pattern. Attempts to obtain urgent injunctions against Aviator Studio and its partners in Brazil are consistently being rejected by the courts.”
