OKTO bags three prestigious nominations in SBC Awards
OKTO, has confirmed its status as the gaming industry’s leading digital payment solutions provider, having been nominated in three Payments Categories in this year’s SBC Awards. The fintech brand, which has established a reputation for delivering a safe, transparent, seamless, and trouble-free customer journey thanks to the OKTO.WALLET, has been shortlisted in three of SBC’s key categories comprising Payment Solution of the Year, Mobile Payment Solutions of the Year and the prestigious Payments Innovation of the Year.
Simon Dorsen, Chief Commercial Officer at OKTO said: “The entire team at OKTO is proud to have been nominated in three Payments categories. The SBC Awards are among the most prestigious in gaming and recognise those organisations that continue to bring innovative solutions to the sector. The gaming industry wants to work with a partner who is fully committed to the sector and has the financial capabilities to be able to make the investment required to provide a solution for the long term. In this respect, I believe that we are well on the way to establishing the OKTO brand as the industry’s preferred cashless payments app.
He added: “OKTO views Innovation as a culture and not a process which is why we employ people who are curious and humble, who never stop experimenting and exploring ways in which we can improve the experience. The team is made-up of gaming insiders, a factor that means we bring specialist in-depth knowledge delivered by people who are passionate about gaming and its demands. Working alongside our partners the starting point we employ is to always ask why not? rather than why which guarantees that our business is always curious and never complacent.”
The OKTO.WALLET is being demonstrated on Blueprint, GeWeTe, Novomatic and Inspired gaming machines at the ACOS show taking place on the 20th/21st October in London.
The winners will be announced on 14th December at Evolution London.
