Gamingtec Implements ZingBrain.ai Solution
Platform and content provider’s operator partners can now offer players a personalised experience powered by ZingBrain’s pioneering AI engine and recommendation systems
Gamingtec, the provider of turnkey online sportsbook and casino platforms, has partnered with ZingBrain to bring the provider’s innovative artificial intelligence engine to its operator partners for the first time.
The deal will allow sportsbooks and casinos powered by Gamingtec to leverage ZingBrain’s state of the art technology “Zing AI”, which is similar to that used by the likes of Netflix and YouTube, to make recommendations to players based on multiple data sources, behaviours and preferences.
This in turn allows online sportsbook and casino operators to deliver a truly personalised experience to each player and which has been proven to drive engagement, increase wagering activity and ultimately maximise the lifetime value of each customer.
Zing AI is offered via two products – the Zing Sportsbook Recommendation System and the Zing Casino Recommendation System. Both track user behaviour on an operator’s site and not only the games they play and the bets they place, but also their journey across the book or casino.
From this, each system delivers recommendations including different bets that can be placed and games that can be played. This is displayed on specific widgets or via filtering content that is already on the site, such as odds and markets and new games, based on the player’s previous behaviour.
Gamingtec’s operators that use Zing AI can expect to see growth figures (on average) of:
- 20% increase in turnover
- 30% increase in bet count
- 150% increase in bet count per widget
- 150% increase in user engagement
Sapar Karyagdyyev, CEO, at Gamingtec, said: “We go to great lengths to ensure that our operator partners have access to ground-breaking tools and features that allow them to deliver a truly personalised experience to each customer and with Zing AI they will be able to do just that.
“Zing allows players to enjoy a similar user journey and content recommendation experience used by some of the most popular entertainment platforms in the world, and to be able to bring this to an online sportsbook or casino is absolutely game-changing.
“It is partnerships like that this have enabled us to emerge as a leading platform and content provider and we look forward to seeing our partners leverage the tremendous capabilities Zing AI has to offer.”
Vladislav Artemyev, CEO, at ZingBrain, said: “This industry is pioneering and progressive in so many ways, but we believe that it still lags behind others when it comes to user experience and recommendation processes. In Zing AI we have a powerful product that addresses this.
“We are thrilled to have entered into this partnership with Gamingtec and for its operator partners to be able to take advantage of our cutting-edge products.”

QCI to Showcase Agentic Platform Capabilities at IGA 2026
Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI), a leading provider of AI-driven operations software for tribal gaming resorts, announced it will showcase its evolving QCI Agentic Platform at the Indian Gaming Association (IGA) Tradeshow & Convention, March 31–April 2, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center (Booth #2735).
The QCI Agentic Platform reflects the continued advancement of the company’s enterprise system, enabling operators to move from real-time insight to real-time action across gaming, marketing, player development, and hotel operations. Designed for on-premise and hybrid environments, the platform supports secure, property-level AI deployment while maintaining full operational control.
Rather than introducing a new system, QCI’s approach extends the capabilities operators already use—bringing analysis and execution closer together within a unified operational environment.
“This is a continuation of the platform our customers already rely on. We’re building on what works and extending it, so operators can act on information faster, without changing the way their business runs,” said Dr. Ralph Thomas, Co-Founder and CEO of QCI.
The QCI Agentic Platform builds on QCI’s established product suite, including:
• AGI56.1, a major platform release featuring more than 1000 enhancements across operations
• Chatalytics, QCI’s conversational analytics interface for real-time data access
• QCI Dispatch, a new core operational tool supporting real-time coordination and execution
Together, these capabilities enable operators to unify data, streamline workflows, and respond more quickly to changing conditions across the property.
Attendees will experience how QCI connects data, decision-making, and execution within a single operational system.
“We’re focused on practical improvements that help teams do their jobs more effectively. This is about making systems more responsive, more connected, and easier to use in day-to-day operations,” added Thomas.
