Sportradar Appoints Lynn S. McCreary as Chief Legal Officer

Sportradar, a leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services, today announced the appointment of Lynn S. McCreary as Chief Legal Officer.  McCreary brings over three decades of business, legal and executive leadership experience to Sportradar, as the company continues its rapid growth and affirms its standing as a premier, multi-vertical, data & technology company.

McCreary spent the past 11 years at Fiserv, Inc., a global leader in financial services and payments technology, and since 2013 served as its Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary.  Her responsibilities included directing the company’s worldwide legal, ethics and compliance activities; she was instrumental in its M&A activities, including the transformative acquisition of First Data. Prior to joining Fiserv, McCreary was a partner with Bryan Cave LLP, and also served as the Managing Partner of the firm’s San Francisco office.  McCreary has extensive experience representing clients in a broad array of complex commercial matters, transactions, disputes and investigations.

McCreary, who is a member of the board of directors of NMI Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ:NMIH), is also Chairman of the Board of Governors of Washburn University Law School and serves as a Trustee of Washburn University.
