SIS evolves Sales team to support international expansion
SIS (Sports Information Services), the leading multi-channel supplier of 24/7 live betting services, has promoted Helen Ridley to the new role of Head of Group Account Management while appointing Michele Fischer as Digital Sales Consultant for the US market, as part of SIS’s international expansion strategy.
Ridley has spent five-and-a-half years at SIS, having formerly held the role of Major Account Manager. In her newly created role, Helen will be responsible for leading the Major Account team to further build global operator group relationships, to meet customer needs across markets.
US-based Fischer brings a wealth of US racing and gaming experience to SIS. Prior to forming her own consultancy firm, Darting Star, in 2018 specialising in horse racing operations and global wagering systems, Fischer held the role of Vice President, Sales and Business Development for the Americas at Sportech, where she had a 15-year tenure. In her role with SIS, Fischer will be responsible for helping to further extend the company’s presence in the US.
Paul Witten, Commercial Director at SIS, said: “I am very pleased to welcome Michele to the SIS team and to Helen for stepping up to the new Head of Group Account Management position.
“SIS has made significant progress in expanding into new territories and these most recent changes to our Sales team will further support our expansion internationally and ensure that we continue to meet our operator partners’ needs.”
Helen Ridley, Head of Group Account Management at SIS, said: “I’m delighted to have accepted this new role which will help further grow our major group operator relationships and ensure that our products help to meet our customers’ challenges.
“With an increasing demand for SIS products such as Competitive Gaming and our 24/7 Live Betting Channels, it’s now more important that we align as much as possible with our customers and develop our global relationships to achieve the best value for our customers.”
Michele Fischer, Digital Sales Consultant at SIS, said: “I’m very pleased to be joining SIS at what is an exciting time for the company as it seeks to further expand its footprint within the US.
“There is a real opportunity for SIS within the US as the market continues to open up. I’m confident that SIS’s international racing and Competitive Gaming esports products can drive value for sports betting operators within the US and will position North American racetracks to maximise the value of their content for fixed odds betting.”

EGT Digital Brings Operators the Ultimate Advantage Ahead of the World Cup
Having the World Cup on the horizon, sportsbook operators are once again preparing for the intense demands that come with peak sporting activity, including surging traffic, increased betting volume, and sustained operational pressure.
EGT Digital’s Sportsbook enables Operators to navigate high-demand periods with stability, flexibility, and control.
Major sports events do not introduce new challenges. They amplify existing ones. Platform performance is tested, trading teams operate under pressure, and retention becomes just as critical as acquisition.
Performance When It Matters Most
EGT Digital’s Sportsbook is designed to perform when expectations are the highest. Built on cloud-native best practices and out-of-the-box scalability, our solution empowers operators to manage peak traffic and continuous activity while ensuring stability and reliability.
Turning Traffic into Long-Term Value
While major events drive player acquisition, long-term value depends on retention. Sportsbook equips operators with a fully configurable set of promotional tools designed to sustain engagement during high-activity periods without adding operational complexity.
Features such as Adjustable Margins, Boosted Bet Builders, Dynamic Parlays, Progressive Jackpot, Early Payouts, Acca Insurance, Price Boosts, and Free Bets give operators the flexibility to tailor campaigns in real time according to player behavior and market dynamics.
Built with automation in mind, the system allows precise control across player segments, sports, and events – helping operators transform traffic spikes into sustained player loyalty.
Flexible Trading, Controlled Risk
High-volume events place trading operations under constant pressure. EGT Digital’s Sportsbook supports both managed and hybrid trading models, giving Operators the flexibility to choose the level of control and support that best fits their business.
Teams are able to manage risk effectively, protect margins, and stay focused without sacrificing the players experience and expectations even during the most demanding schedules and fixtures.
Your Brand, Your Rules.
With EGT Digital’s Next Gen AI CMS, operators can seamlessly manage every aspect of their Sportsbook’s look and behavior, tailoring the experience to specific markets without relying on one-size-fits-all solutions.
One Platform Across Channels
Player behaviour during major events is fluid, with customers moving between Online and Retail environments. EGT Digital’s Sportsbook provides a unified experience across channels, delivering one platform and one operational view.
