Last night thriving slot producer, Wazdan, treated their clients to an appreciation party, gathering at London’s Tower Bridge for an evening dedicated to the celebration of success.
While the team at Wazdan have been busy showcasing new games at the ICE London 2020 event, they ensured that no opportunity was missed to gather their clients for an evening where the spotlight shone on their incredible partners, without whom Wazdan’s work would be for naught.
In stunning style, the evening saw guests assemble in a beautiful venue overlooking the River Thames, from the vantage point of London’s Tower Bridge. Commencing at 7:30 p.m. and continuing into the night, it was an occasion heightened with a delicious dinner menu, lovely drinks aplenty, and live music provided by an award-winning jazz singer and saxophonist, BB.
The highlight of the evening was the celebration of all Wazdan partners, new and long-standing, who have enjoyed mutual success throughout the past year as a result of new games, expansion and the best tailorable tech in the slots industry.
Since their iconic boat party at ICE 2019, Wazdan has added a staggering number of new clients to their guestlist, including Grand Casino – the only online casino allowed in Hungary, Betclic Group, Coingaming, Logrand Entertainment – opening doors to the Mexican market, Betzest, Hero Gaming, Gaming1, Mr Green, Avento, Kindred Group, ComeOn, InBet Games, White Hat Gaming, Nektan, Chippy Software, SoftSwiss, Microgaming, Rabbit Entertainment, Oryx Gaming, Tipbet Casino, and TGP Asia, many of whom were in attendance at last night’s event.
“It was an absolute pleasure to welcome our clients together to meet one another and enjoy an evening where we could show our appreciation for their support by celebrating their success. Wazdan parties are always a not to be missed event and last night’s celebration was one of our best yet. We are fortunate to work with amazing people who are a great joy to be around. Kindred Reports Decline in Revenue from High-risk Players for Q4 2024

Kindred Group has reported decline in its share of revenue from high-risk players for the fourth quarter 2024 at 2.7% (Q3 2024 3.2%). The percentage of detected customers who exhibited improved behaviour after interventions showed an improvement at 92.2% (compared to 87.3% in Q3 2024). This positive trend is mainly the result of stricter measures across key markets, improved internal processes, as well as the exit from non-locally licensed markets as part of to the acquisition by La Française des Jeux (FDJ) in October 2024. This shift reflects Kindred’s broader commitment to maintaining high regulatory standards and fostering safer gambling practices.
“It is pleasing to see the decline in high-risk revenue during the fourth quarter of last year. We know that the share fluctuates between quarters, but the long-term trend is showing a steady decline. We remain dedicated and focused on improving our systems and processes to ensure we offer our customers a safe and fun experience,” Esther Scheepers, Head of Responsible Gambling at Kindred Group, said.
“The increased focus on responsible gambling by regulators and the industry is welcomed. From our end, we see that by combining our expertise with emerging technologies, we can further enhance detection capabilities. We are currently working on our existing detection system in combination with an additional system that will enable us to integrate more robust compliance features and optimize our overall approach to safer gambling. Furthermore, we are exploring opportunities to expand our research efforts, aiming to support data-driven discussions and looking at emerging trends in consumer protection. All these aspects are important to protect the integrity of the licence model and maintain a level playing field,” Esther Scheepers added.
