AskGamblers Raises Funds to Support Charity Organisations Dedicated to Fighting Childhood Cancer
A day before the AskGamblers Awards ceremony, AskGamblers held a charity auction where several renowned casino operators participated in raising funds for Norbs and Zvoncica – national organisations dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer.
Over 100 iGaming industry professionals gathered last night (16th January 2020) in hotel Metropol Palace in Belgrade to raise money for a good cause. One day before the AskGamblers Awards ceremony, AskGamblers team held a charity auction where several renowned casino operators were placing bids, competing against each other for the top 3 positions on the AskGamblers website. Altogether, the participants managed to raise €66.9K by the auction and all funds will be given to Norbs and Zvoncica – national charity organisations dedicated to fighting childhood cancer.
The guestlist included AskGamblers’ partners from the iGaming industry – online casinos, affiliate programs and software providers – who came to Belgrade to attend the AskGamblers Awards ceremony, taking place tonight. On behalf of their companies, several casino managers participated in this bidding battle, with the most persistent ones getting their hands on the top three positions they had bid for. To be more precise, these top three highest bidders competed for four different markets, with each bidder holding a different market. Essentially, they are to receive package exposure on the AskGamblers website throughout June this year. All the funds raised by the auction are reserved for children and their families fighting cancer.
On this occasion, AskGamblers Product Owner Denis Ristic shared his thoughts by saying: “We are extremely happy for having the opportunity to raise funds and provide support through financial assistance and give a little bit of hope to those who need it the most. By doing something challenging and meaningful, such as this charity event, we really hope to make a difference in the lives of children who, together with their families, fight cancer.”
