Locally, various educational initiatives have been implemented, and on a global scale, the Macolin Convention—a unique initiative dedicated to promoting fairness in sports—has garnered ratification from nine countries and signatures from an additional 32. Moreover, major sports federations such as the IOC and FIFA have initiated their own programs and initiatives in support of this cause.
