BGaming Introduces Exclusive Quests Retention Solution

Published

on

BGaming has announced the launch of BGaming Quests, a daily-mission retention system aimed at one of the most expensive problems in iGaming: keeping players active beyond their first week without burning margin on bonuses. The tool is funded end-to-end by the studio and joins Drops and Challenges to form BGaming’s three-pillar engagement suite, now live across more than 3,000 operator integrations.

Quests introduces a structured daily retention loop where players complete missions, unlock milestones, collect Coins, and exchange them for rewards, all within a fully managed and fully funded system operated by BGaming.

Unlike traditional tournament mechanics focused on competition, BGaming Quests is built around individual player progression and habit-forming engagement. The system motivates players through low-pressure daily micro-goals and transparent rewards, helping operators drive longer sessions, higher activity rates, repeat visits, and improved player lifetime value without additional operational workload or promotional costs.

BGaming Quests invite players to complete three daily missions by playing the studio’s games. These tasks include familiar gameplay activities such as completing spins, placing a specific number of bets, using Buy Bonus features, or reaching multiplier targets and cumulative multiplier sums. Tasks are refreshed daily, creating a consistent engagement loop that encourages players to return regularly and continue progressing through the Quest.

As tasks are completed, players reach milestones that advance their progress towards collecting Coins. These Coins can then be traded for cash prizes, which are automatically credited to the player’s account. This process is fully transparent, with players not needing to meet additional requirements to claim their prizes.

The promotion is built around a progressive system. The further a player progresses through the Quest, the more rewards they unlock. This encourages players to set their own mini-goals and objectives, leading to longer sessions and higher retention rates for operators.

Unlike Challenges, BGaming Quests are non-competitive. They are focused on the single-player journey, emphasizing individual progress. This ensures there is no pressure to compete, allowing players to complete tasks at their own pace and strengthening their lifetime value.

BGaming Quests have also been designed with operator convenience in mind. The system is managed end-to-end by BGaming, with payouts and tasks being 100% controlled by the studio. All rewards and prizes are fully funded by BGaming, ensuring there are no additional costs for the operators.

The studio will also deploy regular thematic updates to keep content fresh. These updates will be tied to seasonal events and moments, such as Halloween or Christmas. It’s important to note that this refresh is managed entirely by BGaming, removing any operational costs from operators.

Julia Alekseeva, CPO at BGaming, said, “With BGaming Quests, we have enhanced our already strong selection of player engagement and retention tools. Both BGaming Drops and Challenges have proven successful with operators, and Quests complement these perfectly.

The daily challenges provided by Quests give operators with a structured and predictable daily engagement tool that will boost the lifetime value of their players and increase engagement.

From a player’s perspective, these tasks are also highly enjoyable and rewarding. There is no pressure to complete tasks, with players able to work through them at whatever speed they want.”

Free virtual event focuses on content overload and the fight for player attention, with speakers from Print Studios, SOFTSWISS, Stake and more.

BGaming will run the second edition of its TRUE WAYS online conference on July 15 at 15:00 CET. The virtual event is free to attend with advance registration via the conference website.

This year’s theme is “Content Overload in iGaming: Who Wins the Player’s Attention?”. BGaming said the sessions will examine market saturation and what content and engagement strategies are most likely to perform in 2026 and beyond.

The agenda includes six sessions of up to 20 minutes each, followed by live Q&A. Confirmed speakers are Carl Wiggman, CEO at Print Studios; Gretta Kockonan, Head of Business Development and Partner Studios at SOFTSWISS; Caelum Ferrarese, Casino Product Specialist at Stake; Mike Danshin, CMO at 1w Crypto; Leonardo Benites, CEO at Propane; and BGaming Product Owner Igor Bondarenko. The event will be hosted by Surya Palli, creator of iGaming Real Talk.

BGaming is positioning the event as a follow-up to its inaugural TRUE WAYS conference in 2025, which the company said drew more than 400 approved attendees, with nearly 50% holding C-level positions, spanning Europe, LatAm, North America, and Africa.

Marina Ostrovtsova, CEO at BGaming, said, “Last year’s TRUE WAYS proved there is a strong appetite within the industry for honest conversations and practical insights, and we are excited to bring the conference back for a second edition.

Content overload is one of the biggest challenges facing iGaming today. With more games competing for attention than ever before, businesses need to think differently about how they engage players and build long-term loyalty.

This year, we have brought together experienced professionals from across the industry to share their perspectives on this challenge, discuss what is actually working in today’s market, and explore the strategies that will shape the future of player engagement.”

Play Against a Global Football Icon in BGaming’s Penalty Duel with Júlio César

Rapidly expanding content provider collaborates with a Brazilian legend ahead of a summer of football

Popular iGaming content provider BGaming challenges players to take on Brazilian goalkeeping legend Júlio César in their latest #Casual title, Penalty Duel with Júlio César.

The game follows the official announcement of the partnership between BGaming and Júlio César at SiGMA South America in April, where César generated significant buzz with an in-person appearance.

The keeper’s popularity across the LatAm market made him the perfect choice for the collaboration, with the game likely to resonate strongly with Latin American football fans, a key demographic for BGaming.

The release is also timed perfectly to coincide with the kick-off of the summer’s major soccer international tournament, which takes place throughout June and July.

In Penalty Duel with Júlio César, players take a first-person perspective as the kicker, attempting to score past the legendary former Brazilian number one to secure multipliers. The ex-Inter Milan and QPR shotstopper has been faithfully recreated, resulting in a fully immersive experience for players.

The mechanics have also been carefully designed for football fans and casual gamers. Its low to medium volatility, quick sessions, and mobile-friendly play make it perfect for players looking to keep up the football action during half-time or between matches. All of this is complemented by a maximum win of ×4,860 and a generous 96.14% RTP.

Like a real penalty shootout, there is a sense of anticipation in every kick, with the possibility of the Golden Ball feature when Buy Chance is activated. When this triggers, the ball turns golden, multiplying any winnings by five. The Buy Bonus feature, worth ×100 the player’s stake, instantly triggers a series of five automatic strikes with accumulative multipliers.

Football fans who pay close attention to the game might also uncover a series of Easter eggs. These are secret animations that can be triggered by in-game events, keeping curious players active and providing additional content for streamers and creators.

Vasili Pauliuchenko, Game Producer at BGaming, said, “Júlio is an extremely popular figure in Latin America and is a respected figure among football fans worldwide. He has been a pleasure to work with on this game, and we believe it really captures the spirit and excitement of a real-life penalty shootout.

Football is going to be the center of attention this summer, and this star-led game is the perfect addition for those looking for some casual gaming fun to go alongside it.”

BGaming Raises €200,000 for DAR Bjorn with its Second Annual Charity Gala

Industry leaders and the local community united in Malta for an evening of meaningful impact

Popular iGaming content provider BGaming is proud to announce the success of its second Charity Gala, held at The Phoenicia Malta on May 29 in support of DAR Bjorn. Bringing together more than 400 guests from across the iGaming industry, the local business community, and Maltese society, the event raised over €200,000 for the neurological home and the people it supports.

Ian Borg, Malta’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, was also in attendance, underscoring the importance of the Charity Gala’s mission to support DAR Bjorn and its contribution to the Maltese community.

DAR Bjorn is Malta’s neurological home, providing care and support for people living with ALS, MS, and other severe neurological conditions. Founded by former iGaming professional Bjorn Formosa following his ALS diagnosis at the age of 28, the organisation now cares for 60 residents while supporting more than 800 people throughout the country.

The funds raised by this year’s event will go directly towards equipping DAR Bjorn’s new Respite Centre with essential medical care and equipment. As part of its ongoing commitment to DAR Bjorn, BGaming is dedicating all money raised to the cause, with the studio covering the event’s operating costs.

One of the meaningful parts of this year’s initiative was a special merchandise collection co-created by Portuguese street artist Gonçalo MAR and residents of DAR Bjorn. Inspired by their stories and creative contributions, the collection gave them the opportunity to become active participants in the project. The merchandise was first unveiled at NEXT Summit Valletta and later made available online in exchange for donations. The initiative raised €5,000 for DAR Bjorn, extending the Gala’s impact beyond a single evening.

BGaming would like to extend its sincerest thanks to all partners whose generosity and support made this year’s Charity Gala possible, including NEXT.io, which was an official media partner for the event.

MyAffiliates were the event’s Golden Partner, while 1spin4win, Finteq Hub, Amusnet Gaming, and TaDa Gaming were Bronze Partners. Supporting Partners included Flutter International, Alea, SiGMA, Focus Gaming News, The Phoenicia Malta, Booming Games, Internet Vikings, Behind the Gloves, EGT Digital and SWAG42.

Marina Ostrovtsova, CEO at BGaming, said, “When we organized the first Charity Gala last year, we simply wanted to help DAR Bjorn and do something meaningful together as an industry. We never imagined it would grow into such a powerful annual initiative.

What inspires me most is not only the amount raised, but the people behind it. Seeing companies that normally compete come together for one shared purpose says a lot about our industry and the kind of community BGaming has built around it.

The impact of this evening goes far beyond fundraising. It helps improve the lives of people at DAR Bjorn, but it also reminds all of us that we have the ability to create meaningful change when we work together.”

Maria Formosa, the executive secretary of ALS Malta and the wife of ALS activist Bjorn Formosa, said, “Charity Gala by BGaming showed the extraordinary impact that can be achieved when the gaming industry unites behind a meaningful cause. The generosity shown throughout the evening will directly help us equip new rooms in our respite home and improve the lives of people living with neurological conditions. It was truly another memorable night in a magical venue filled up with beautiful souls who believed in our mission.

We are profoundly grateful to BGaming, to Madame Lubov for her hard and meticulous work she did once again for the success of the event, to the support received from Next.io and every supporter who helped turn compassion into action.”
