Bally’s Intralot Signs New Lottery Contract with Hellenic Lotteries
Bally’s Intralot S.A. has signed a new contract with Hellenic Lotteries S.A., part of Allwyn Hellas (formerly OPAP), to deploy its industry-leading lottery technology solutions.
Following an international tender, Hellenic Lotteries was recently awarded the exclusive right to operate and manage Greece’s state lotteries (passive lotteries and instant games) for a period of 12 years, starting as of May 2, 2026. It is noted that the company also held the previous state lotteries’ license for a period of 12 years.
Bally’s Intralot has been awarded a contract to seamlessly migrate Hellenic Lottery’s existing Bally’s Intralot lottery system to its latest technology stack. Specifically, Bally’s Intralot will deploy a turnkey lotteries and instant games management solution based on its flagship LotosX Omni ecosystem. Bally’s Intralot will continue to support Hellenic Lotteries in delivering games, through its broad retail network while providing for digital integration. The contract covers an initial one-year base period, with the option to either extend annually for up to 3 years, or to continue for the full duration of the Concession.

Bally’s Intralot Awarded New Lottery Contract in Chile by Polla Chilena de Beneficencia
Bally’s Intralot S.A. has announced the signing of a new contract with Polla Chilena de Beneficencia S.A., the State Lottery of Chile, to deploy its industry-leading lottery, sports betting and digital technology solutions. Following a competitive procurement, Bally’s Intralot was awarded a contract of up to 12 years, which consists of a 10-year base contract term, followed by one extension option of up to 2 years.
Under the terms of the agreement, Bally’s Intralot will overhaul Polla Chilena’s lottery and sports‑betting offerings across retail and digital channels by seamlessly migrating to its LotosX Omni ecosystem. Specifically, Bally’s Intralot will deploy its turnkey LotosX Lottery Solution including the LotosX Central Gaming System, PlayerX Player Account Management System, RetailerX Retailer Management System, alongside its Orion Sports Betting Platform. Lottery retailers across Chile will be equipped with 2.500 next‑generation camera-based gaming terminals, while Polla Chilena’s website and mobile applications will be fully revamped.
Through this partnership, Bally’s Intralot will support Polla Chilena in delivering a fully integrated omnichannel strategy, enabling seamless player engagement across retail and digital environments. The implementation is expected to significantly enhance the overall customer experience while also improving operational efficiency, productivity, and long‑term scalability.

IGS Awarded 15-Year Electronic Gaming Machine Monitoring Licence in Victoria
Bally’s Intralot S.A. (Bally’s Intralot) has announced that its Australian subsidiary, Intralot Gaming Services (IGS) has been awarded a new 15-year Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) Monitoring Licence for the State of Victoria, effective 16 August 2027.
This landmark award positions Bally’s Intralot to deliver a new generation of technology, transparency and collaboration to one of the world’s most mature and highly regulated gaming markets.
Approximately 26,300 EGMs will be connected to the Monitoring System which will provide a vital role in ensuring the ongoing integrity of EGM transactions in gaming venues. It will also provide data and information on EGMs for regulatory, harm minimisation, taxation and research purposes.
Under the licence, IGS will also be responsible for the delivery, operation and maintenance of the statewide Pre-commitment System for all EGMs in Victoria, including 2628 EGMs at the Melbourne casino.

IGS will deploy a next-generation, cloud-enabled monitoring platform designed to deliver:
• Real-time monitoring and reporting
• Advanced data analytics capabilities
• Best-in-class cybersecurity protections
• Scalable architecture to support evolving regulatory requirements
• Future-ready integration enabling seamless connectivity with venues, manufacturers and regulatory systems
