The Mill Adventure deepens Optimove integration for player engagement
The Mill Adventure (TMA) has strengthened its integration with Optimove to expand player engagement and CRM capabilities for iGaming operators, the companies said.
TMA said the enhanced integration adds deeper audience segmentation, including Optimove’s Target Group Discovery, to help operators build granular player profiles and activate engagement based on player behaviour and preferences.
The update also connects Optimove directly to TMA’s proprietary bonus engine, which TMA said allows operators to trigger and distribute personalised rewards within CRM journeys. Messaging can be orchestrated through Optimove across email, SMS, web and mobile push notifications, as well as inbox messaging.
Bjørnar Heggernes, CCO at The Mill Adventure, said: “We are focused on equipping operators with the right tools they need to deliver meaningful, data-driven engagement at scale. This enhanced integration with Optimove strengthens our ability to support highly personalised player journeys, combining powerful segmentation, real-time communication and seamless reward execution within a unified platform.
“By bringing these capabilities together, we are helping our partners simplify their operations while delivering richer, more relevant experiences that drive long-term value.”
Adi Dagan, Senior Director of Partnership at Optimove, said: “The Mill Adventure’s iGaming operators benefit from its scalable and automated tools for optimising their casino suite. With this integration, The Mill Adventure operators can use real-time data, advanced segmentation and multichannel orchestration to deliver more relevant player experiences and act on them faster.
“Our partnership with The Mill Adventure represents a significant step forward in enabling operators to execute smarter, more effective CRM strategies. We are excited to support TMA’s continued growth as they empower operators to build deeper, more meaningful relationships with their players.”

Optimove report reveals: 86% of Latam plan to bet on the FIFA World Cup 2026
An engaged, mobile-first audience represents one of the biggest revenue opportunities in the global sports betting market.
Optimove, the #1 player engagement platform for iGaming and sports betting operators, today released its LATAM 2026 World Cup Betting Intentions Report, revealing that 86% of Latin American bettors plan to place bets on the tournament.
The study was conducted by Optimove Insights, the company’s research and data analytics division.
The report positions Latin American audiences as mature, highly engaged, and mobile-focused bettors. The combination of strong interest, confidence, and continuous engagement, even after their national team is eliminated, creates a significant opportunity for the industry.
Among bettors planning to participate, 75% have already bet on a previous World Cup, including 20% who bet in both 2018 and 2022.
The remaining 25% will be betting on a World Cup for the first time, driven by the expansion of legal sports betting across the region.
At the same time, 94% describe themselves as moderately or highly confident in their betting knowledge, reinforcing that this is an experienced audience that expects precise and relevant communication.
The LATAM 2026 World Cup Betting Intentions Report is based on a survey of 882 bettors worldwide, conducted in early 2026, including 264 respondents from Latin America.
Research highlights
- High confidence and year-round engagement. 60% of Latin American bettors rate themselves as highly confident in their betting knowledge, while another 34% consider themselves moderately confident—totaling 94%. Additionally, 35% bet on football several times per week, and another 26% do so weekly.
- Strong loyalty to national teams. 90% support a favorite national team during the World Cup. When their team plays, 50% say they will definitely bet, and another 37% are very likely to bet. Even after elimination, 78% will continue betting.
- Live betting and multi-betting behavior. 77% plan to bet live during the tournament. For 33%, this is the preferred format, while 44% combine pre-match and live betting.
- Push notifications dominate communication. 38% prefer push notifications as their main communication channel, far ahead of email, which is preferred by only 14%.
- The World Cup as an engagement accelerator. 91% will continue betting on football after the tournament. Among their preferred destinations, 72% will move to the Copa Libertadores, 62% to the UEFA Champions League, and 34% to the Premier League.
- Use of multiple betting operators. 65% plan to use two or more platforms during the tournament. The main selection criteria are ease of use (59%), promotions (52%), and a trusted, familiar platform (46%).
“This is one of the most engaged sports betting audiences in the world. Nearly nine in ten Latin American bettors will follow the World Cup through betting and remain active year-round, mobile-first, and demanding personalization, not generic promotions.
Operators that succeed in LATAM will be those able to match this level of intensity with equally precise communication.

Xtremepush launches XpertOS AI platform for CRM teams
Xtremepush has launched XpertOS, an AI platform positioned as an “operating system” for CRM teams in iGaming and other regulated industries. The company said the product is available immediately for existing Xtremepush customers, with integrations and scaling available for new partners.
Xtremepush said XpertOS is built around a compliance-first architecture and a visual “Control Room” showing approval gates and interaction logging for auditability. The platform is structured as a three-tier offering: “Xpert Assistant” for ideation and strategy planning; “Xpert Flows” to operationalise CRM execution with human-in-the-loop governance and integrations including Jira and Slack; and “Xpert Crews”, which the company described as goal-driven simulated agent teams that draft and iterate campaigns across functions such as compliance and copywriting.
“ This is the end of today’s CRM as we know it,” said Tommy Kearns, CEO and co-founder at Xtremepush. “XpertOS is the sector’s first, fully functioning agentic operating system and marks a shift as fundamental as any we’ve seen in the space for a couple of decades.
“Thanks to the governance layer built into its core, we firmly believe this will replace the traditional, step-by-step, and manual platforms currently used in martech with existing teams doing the judgement, while the AI does the work. What will be ubiquitous as a work process in 18 months is here now.
“XpertOS automation replaces the slowly evolving campaign execution of old, elevating CRM executives into strategic architects, backed by a hard-coded governance and compliance layer that empowers the human-in-the-loop and supercharges personalisation, as well as engagement and retention metrics.”
Xtremepush listed three core outcomes for XpertOS: “Find” (locating commercially valuable players), “Govern” (checking campaigns for compliance before they go live), and “Scale” (running “10x more campaigns” without additional headcount). The company said CEO & Co-Founder Tommy Kearns and Adam Palmerini, Senior Director of Product & Enablement, will host a live webinar titled “XpertOS Live!” on 3rd June, 2026.

Seen.io and Xtremepush link up to add personalised video to iGaming CRM flows
Seen.io and Xtremepush have partnered to let iGaming operators trigger AI-powered personalised videos directly inside Xtremepush CRM and player engagement journeys. The companies said the integration is designed to add one-to-one video personalisation at scale without additional technical overhead for teams already using Xtremepush.
Under the agreement, Xtremepush customers can activate Seen.io videos across lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, first-time deposit (FTD) conversion, reactivation, VIP recognition and loyalty. Xtremepush sends player data to Seen.io via webhook in real time; Seen.io then renders a personalised video and thumbnail for delivery through the operator’s chosen channel.
The partners pointed to a shared customer, Superbet, as validation. Superbet ran a two-month A/B test using a Day 1 post-registration personalised welcome video sent via email versus a standard email onboarding sequence. The companies reported a +2.2 percentage point uplift in FTD conversions, 86% higher Net Promoter Score (NPS) among recipients, and engagement lifts including a 37% email open rate versus 29% average and a 7% video click rate versus 2.3% average. They also said 61% of video viewers felt “very motivated” to place a first bet, compared with 48% in the control group.
“The uplift in positive sentiment and motivation is fueling longer player lifecycles and higher retention rates. Seen.io has redefined our engagement strategy, and personalized video is now a cornerstone of how we build loyalty. With personalized videos, we’re seeing players explore and engage more,” said Andrei Popa, VP Online, Superbet.
Xtremepush said the partnership sits within its XP Partners Programme.
“iGaming operators have invested heavily in their CRM infrastructure, but the content they’re sending through it too often looks the same as everyone else’s. Personalised video changes that. When Seen.io joined the XP Partners Programme, it was a natural fit – a proven, high-impact capability that slots straight into how our customers already work. The Superbet results speak for themselves, and we’re excited to bring this to operators across our network,” said Robbie Sexton, Director of Partnerships & iGaming, Xtremepush.
Seen.io’s Marius Tungesvik, Director of Global Partnerships, added: “Xtremepush has built one of the most sophisticated CRM platforms in iGaming. What excites me is what happens when you layer personalised video on top of that foundation at exactly the right moment. Superbet is the proof: a 2.2 percentage point FTD uplift and an NPS nearly double that of standard email. Those aren’t marginal gains. It’s a testament to what can happen when great CRM infrastructure and personalised video work together.”
