Jackpot.com – an online lottery courier service that allows consumers to purchase official state lottery tickets on their phone, tablet, or computer – has announced a new partnership with Birches Health, a leading national provider of responsible gaming resources and problem gambling support services.

As part of the collaboration, Jackpot.com will further integrate Birches Health resources into their platforms, including custom responsible play educational content and joint-marketing campaigns during Problem Gambling Awareness Month in March and Responsible Gaming Education Month in September. Jackpot.com now features direct access to specialized support from Birches Health for its lottery players through a dedicated landing page on BirchesHealth.com. Additionally, members of the Birches Health clinical leadership team will lead training sessions with Jackpot.com employees, review training materials, and provide consultation around responsible play policies.

“We are very excited to announce Jackpot.com’s partnership with Birches Health, especially ahead of Problem Gaming Awareness Month. When Jackpot.com launched it was the only online lottery courier to do so with an iCap Certification from the National Council on Problem Gaming. With Birches Health’s added level of responsible play protocols and educational resources, coupled with that of Jackpot.com’s, we are extremely confident in the platform’s ability to provide both a safe and fun experience for players,” Akshay Khanna, CEO and co-founder of Jackpot.com, said.

“We applaud Jackpot.com for leading the way and integrating educational resources and pathways to treatment directly into their platform. This partnership showcases the opportunities that exist to provide specialized support for players across the country,” Elliott Rapaport, CEO and founder of Birches Health, said.
