Playtech’s Player Account Management (PAM+) Platform is Selected to Power Ocean Casino Resort’s Online Casino Relaunch
Playtech has announced its partnership with Ocean Casino Resort for the re-launch of its online casino platform in New Jersey.
Ocean Casino Resort has selected Playtech as its new platform provider and primary game provider, making it the second customer to implement Playtech’s award-winning Player Account Management (PAM+) system in the US.
Through the seamless integration of Playtech’s products, including the Player Account Management (PAM+) platform, Live Casino, and iCasino, Ocean Casino Resort will now be able to offer its players an unparalleled online casino experience. This partnership not only enhances the gaming experience at Ocean Casino Resort but also marks another successful implementation of Playtech’s PAM+ platform in the US.
As part of this exciting technology partnership, Playtech will utilize its omnichannel capabilities to bring the digital experience to Ocean players as well as introduce its entire catalog of New Jersey-approved games to the luxury resort’s online player base. Players can now access some of Playtech’s best titles, including the highly popular Gold Rush Cash Collect, providing an exciting array of games. Through its Live Casino offering, Playtech will also be bringing its unique and award-winning suite of live Casino games including Adventures beyond Wonderland.
Ocean Casino Resort will have access to third-party content through the Playtech Open Platform (POP), which integrates directly with Playtech’s Player PAM+ platform. This allows operators to access a wide range of popular online and mobile in-house and third-party games. Additionally, Ocean Casino Resort will utilize Playtech’s AI-based Responsible Gaming technology, BetBuddy. Integrated into Playtech’s PAM+ platform, BetBuddy leverages the latest research on gambling behaviour patterns and advanced machine learning and AI capabilities to provide enhanced responsible gambling measures for online casino players.

Playtech Supports ICRG’s Research on the Impact of Gambling on Under-served Groups in the US and Canada
Playtech has provided support for the International Center for Responsible Gaming’s (ICRG) research program. The ICRG, a global pioneer and leader in gambling disorder research and education, has been conducting stringent competitions for research grants since 1996.
The ICRG, overseen by an independent Scientific Advisory Board comprising leading addiction specialists, has recently invited applicants to participate in research focused on the impact of gambling on under-served groups in the US or Canada. The strategic initiative aims to ensure funding for high-quality research in this critical area.
Playtech has actively supported this effort by funding research to better understand the impact of gambling on under-served groups in the US and Canada. This research will also help researchers, policymakers, regulators and the industry better understand how best to strengthen and enhance player protection amongst the groups in scope for the study.
