Sportsbook and gaming provider Sirplay has partnered with blockchain sportsbook Moonbet, setting out a joint objective to internationally rollout “Web3 sports betting”.

By partnering with Moonbet, Sirplay aims to enhance the international position of both companies and consolidate them as “leading players in charge of reshaping the online gaming industry”.

Under the new agreement, the companies target sports bettors in Europe, North America, Africa, and South America, using a MetaMask or WalletConnect integration to deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies.

Moonbet’s crypto sportsbook allows players to wager with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance Coin and more, offering over 10,000 live matches per month along with other features such as player accessories and futures betting.

Jason Poprawa, CEO of Moonbet, said: “After months of market research studies with our players and blockchain enthusiasts, they all love the idea of Web3 crypto betting.”

“For faster, easier and more secure, we are incredibly excited to partner with Sirplay to become a pioneer of Web3 casino and sports betting,” he added.

Moonbet has also added an eSports betting offering, including a Twitch streaming option on the platform and pre-match and in-play betting on major tournaments, as well as a crypto casino with 5000 slot games, online dealer games, Alive, Crash and Plinko.

The partners aim to offer customers in target markets an “unrivaled player experience”, seeking to ensure that they “never miss a bet” through fast transaction times.

Bart Esposito, CEO of Sirplay, said: “On standard gaming and betting platforms, online users can face issues related to registration and deposit processes, leading to cumbersome and disincentive mechanisms.”
