Rush Street Interactive Signs NBA Legend Joakim Noah as Brand Ambassador
Rush Street Interactive (RSI), a Chicago-based gaming and betting company, has signed former National Basketball Association (NBA) and Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah as a brand ambassador. Under the new agreement, Noah will work with RSI to promote both the BetRivers.com and PlaySugarHouse.com brands.
Fan favorite Noah, who spent nine seasons with the Chicago Bulls, will be providing exclusive content for BetRivers, including weekly videos that will range in scope from basketball reactions to commentary on his life and charitable efforts. Noah will be highly visible throughout various media outlets and at multiple BetRivers’ locations, granting interviews and creating “on the scene” videos for fans. He will also be featured in a BetRivers marketing campaign that will feature television, radio, and billboard ads.
Noah is a New York City native whose parents are also accomplished. His father, Yannick Noah, is a former world # 3 ranked tennis champion and his mother, Cécilia Rodhe, is a former Miss Sweden and a renowned sculptor. With his mother, the two-time NBA All-Star created Noah’s Arc Foundation in 2010. The foundation uses sports and art to provide kids with the opportunity to create positive change within themselves and their community.

Santa Came Early for NJ Woman Who Hit the IGT Megajackpot at Betrivers for Over $660,000 on $0.60 Cent Bet
Rush Street Interactive announced that a woman from Cumberland County, NJ hit the IGT MegaJackpot at BetRivers.com. The 33-year-old woman hit the jackpot with a $0.60 bet, winning $662,000 while playing at home on her mobile phone.
The winner, who asked to remain anonymous, was putting her daughter to bed when she hit the jackpot. She didn’t realize at first that she won, and contacted BetRivers support to confirm. She was shocked when she found out she really was the winner of the MegaJackpot. She told her fiancé who still did not believe it until he saw the money in her account.
“I didn’t think I would ever win so much, especially since it was only a $0.60 bet. I couldn’t believe it,” she said.
When asked what she planned to do with the winnings, the working mother who is a consultant in the real estate industry expressed that she was using the money to pay off debt, give her kids a good holiday season, and then invest the rest.
“This is the first year I don’t feel stressed about the holidays. And now I also feel like I’m secure in my future, so I don’t have to worry about that either,” she said.
She has been playing online casino games with BetRivers for just over six years, and always makes small bets. This jackpot win shows that a little amount of money can go a long way.

Rush Street Secures Market Access in Ohio, Maryland and Missouri Through Strategic Partnership with Penn National
Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has secured market access opportunities in Ohio, Maryland, and Missouri through a strategic partnership deal with Penn National Gaming.
Under the terms of the deal, RSI will have the ability to offer its BetRivers.com real-money online casino and sports betting platform for up to 20 years in Ohio, Maryland, and Missouri through potential second skins in each of those states, subject to license availability, state law, and regulatory approvals. Upon and following the launch of the skins, RSI will compensate Penn National with industry-standard payments for market access.
“We are pleased to gain potential market access to three new states as we continue the execution of our strategy to gain access and bring our best-in-class online gaming offerings to key markets across the United States. The addition of Ohio, Maryland and Missouri to our market access portfolio, specifically, builds on RSI’s success in neighboring states and will create enhanced marketing efficiencies for our BetRivers.com brand. We continue to engage in productive dialogue with industry participants, such as tribal and commercial casinos and other stakeholders, to further our expansion into new states. Additionally, the deal provides RSI with a right of first offer for a potential skin in Texas through Penn National subject to, among other things, state law and regulatory approvals.
